I will start off by saying Dr. Reep & Julie D are excellent. They have treated me well and their treatment plan for my scalp has worked wonderfully. Now, looking at past reviews, it's nice to know their office staff is not up to the standard the doctors seem to hold. My insurance doesn't start until this coming Friday. I was told I would be self pay. I advised they can bill me as this re-scheduled appointment was their fault in the 1st place and I needed to be seen. My one prescription was 5 or 6 pills away from being gone with no refills. I was advised by Debbie, who is in charge of billing, that they would see me this time around versus being told I could not be seen when I arrived a few weeks ago for my appointment. The female who was in the office with me, before and after Dr. Reep saw me, would not give me her 1st name after several attempts. I asked for her name so I could have it when I spoke with Debbie next. She said I was all set and left the appointment room without giving h

Not only is Dr. Reep attentive, friendly, professional, and efficient, but his staff is, too. I am always greeted cordially; have never had to wait; have been examined professionally and expeditiously; and have always left with a smile on my face. I have never had a bad visit and have always had nothing but the highest respect and warmest regard for Dr. Reep and his staff.

Possibly the worst doctor's experience I've ever had. Not only did Dr. Reep not listen to what I had to say or give me a chance to speak, he spent 3 seconds looking at my skin & then ignored my questions & requests. He was in my room for less than 5 minutes & seemed annoyed with me and anything I said. He prescribed me 3 different medications with no explanation or warnings. One in particular is incredibly painful & burns my skin so bad I've had to call off work due to extreme redness & peeling.

Went in concerned about a strange change to a mole which Dr. Reep thought was no big deal and didn't want to touch it. However, I convinced him it was concerning over the change and it turned out to be melanoma. Went back for a full skin exam now that I am high risk and he spent all of 3 minutes looking at me. To top it off, his staff is the absolute worst in the industry - they are lazy and give off an air of being troubled to talk to anyone. This is a volume operation, no personalization.

I think he is terrific. I have been a patient for at least five years, probably longer. Yesterday I saw something on my nose that made me think skin cancer. I called today, and his office staff was able to get me in today (which I am sure is not typical, but much appreciated!). No skin cancer, thankfully. I feel so much better that I was assured everything is OK, and I thought I better come write a review. I have referred my mom and my boss to Dr. Reep!!

I am writing this for my Dad who is 79. Dr Reep did not speed the time with my dad and told him he only had a skin irritation. He gave him some meds and cream. When the rash became worse he went back and saw a different dr. They told him that he didn't give the meds time and didnt even look at him. When the rash spread from head to toe we took him to a different dr. Who spent more time with him in one visit then these two -he had scabies. Listening- F Compassion- F Caring-F

Dr. Reep lacks proper interactive provider/patient skills. He knew nothing about clinical trials for hair loss, or even product lines he sold in his office. He did a visual skin scan with no light and no magnification. He brought another doctor into my appointment without my permission, or even asking for my permission. He could not answer the few questions I had for him regarding hair loss. Regarding my skin? I don't do skin consults, you'll have to see my nurse practitioner,. Waste of time
