After moving to this small community from a very large city it was rather scary at the thought of starting over with a doctor. My husband and I both established ourselves with Dr. Riggleman and we both are so satisified with the care we receive from him. He is very professional and caring towards his patients, always has time for questions and never hesitates to refer you to a specialist should it be necessary. I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so.

He is one of the worst doctors in Moorefield! I have been dealing with lower back pain and shoulder pain for over a year and he never examined me or ran test for the problem, he said it's just arthritis. After getting a second opinion I was diagnosed with 2 blown discs and compressed nerves in my lower back and a torn rotator cuff. I wouldn't even bring my animals to him! He is a joke!
