Dr. Michael Rivera, DPM

visited this practice 3 times and paid all of my patient responsibilities according to the office on the spot. My insurance company processed my claims and according the contractual agreement this provider has with the insurance company they over charged me. I have been calling this office, sending emails since September of last year and the office manager Mirna has ignored my request to issue a refund on an over payment. My insurance company has called them numerous times as was told by them that they would take care of it but to this day they have not.It is absolutely insane that a well established practice would do business this way. I will never go back to visit this doctor and will never recommend anyone going there.

I did not have a good experience. I was rushed to accept an expensive and unnecessary procedure, not given a clear explanation and being charged petty fees. I was glad to eventually find another specialist.

This is my second time with Dr. Rivera. He's an awesome Dr. very professional, friendly and Knowledgeable. Excellent and friendly staff and the no waiting time. I highly recommend him!

Dr Rivera...read your reviews!!! Your staff is rude rude rude!!! They bill unnecessarily to get back at you if you complain and don't return calls. If my bill goes to collections because of your staff (insurance says paid) I WILL SUE!!!

Dr. Rivera's excellent, professional and friendly approach to medical care was OUTSTANDING !. Dr. Rivera was able to put my wife, a stroke patient at ease, solved her painful and compromised walking ability in a single visit. He has our utmost respect.

I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Rivera! He is very professional and personal. He thoroughly explained what had happend to my toenail and how he would treat it. I was totally comfortable throughout the surgery. His office staff is very pleasant.

I went from being able to tolerate standing and walking for 15 minutes, to walking 49 miles over 4 days in Boston. For more than 6 years, I lived with my pain at 7/10. I am now pain free. I'm looking forward to going back to work and getting off disability. No other podiatrist would see or treat me with my rare disease. Dr. Rivera has given me my life back, and there are no words for how grateful I am. I only wish I found him sooner.

Excellent Doctor! My 9 year old son recently had to have Achilles Tendon Lenghthening Surgery on both legs. Dr. Rivera has provided the best care before, during and after the surgery. Almost no wait times. Friendly. Compassionate. Skilled. And his front office staff is wonderful as well! Can’t recommend him enough.

The most thorough doctor I've ever encountered , love his bedside manner ,he explained to you what and why he's doing what he's doing and he really puts you at ease. Office staff is very nice and when you have an appointment your scene at your appointment time unlike many other doctors .

Horrible Dr who shouldn't be practicing medicine. I only needed a routine bunionectomy surgery and instead he convinced me to do a more invasive lapidus arthrodosis with 2 screws in my foot and a big awful scar that looked like a 5yr old did it. I was on crutches for 4 months when he said only 2 months and I've had complications ever since and have had to have 3 other corrective surgeries. This has totally changed my quality of life and I have constant pain in my foot everyday. HORRIBLE
