I've been coming here for years. He is professional and listens to what I have to say. He is a great and attentive doctor.

Stay away from this practice! Entire staff is unbelievably rude!!!!! All about the $ in your pocket and not about you or your health!!

Visit? LMAO, just tried to make an appointment. Said I needed to talk to billing first. They transferred me to billing. Was told I had to pay $9.52 cents, I said ok I’ll just pay it when I come in for the appointment. NO, can’t do that I have to pay the 9.52 before can even make an appointment? REALLY? Ok, here is how it’s gonna go. Now, I was completely willing to pay it when I went in. Instead, they won’t see the 9.52 AT ALL and I’m switching Dr’s. This is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard! I’m also taking 3 other patients with me.

I was able to get a late appointment with Dr. Rogers. He was running behind and it took longer than I expected but then again, not many doctors will see you at 7pm on a cold wet night. He was apologetic for being late and then took his time and didn't rush one minute of our visit. He was very thorough, professional, personal and listened to what I had to say and treated me accordingly rather than listening for what he wanted to hear and prescribing me too much. You may be waiting to see him, but its worth it. Complete coverage of your health and discussion of future plans, trends of your life etc.

Been going here my entire life and have always received excellent care from all of the staff. Can't comment on the desk staff as I guess I've just never noticed any rude behavior. Dr. Rogers is a great doc and very caring. He even texted to congratulate me on my first anniversary. There does tend to be a decent wait most of the times I go, which is frustrating.

Had my friend to see Jamie on Friday. My friend is disabled and needed a wheelchair. I can't say enough about the help we got from Tiffany. She just took over, and made things so much easier for us. Diana also was of assistance. You certainly have a very caring employee in Tiffany, and I could never thank her enough for her kindness and professionalism. You are the best, Tiffany!

Waited on hold for 20 minutes today to make an appointment. Ridiculous. Not sure what's going on with these guys but I believe it's time to find a new doctor. In the past I've had long experiences in-office (specifically the small waiting room after you're called - sometimes a half hour or more!) but I'm sick of waiting for these guys! Never had an issue with Dr. Rodgers - I like him - but I can't burn hours just trying to CALL IN an appointment.

This office is horrendous!! It's impossible to ever get anybody on the phone; let alone an appointment!! Office staff is incredibly rude!! I would strongly discourage anybody considering this practice to look elsewhere.

This office can't get much worse! Dr Magnet is not bad otherwise this entire practice is a joke! You can't ever get anyone on the phone. If you do, they pick up and then put you on hold for 10 minutes only to then transfer you to voice-mail. Don't bother leaving a message they won't call back. If you actually go in to the office the receptionists are rude, never greet you and the office manager is nevery free. Bill for blood work when they can't even find results. Old run down, feels dirty.

Very rude & unprofessional , Dr. Rogers stinks as a doctor. Dr. Magnet is wonderful if he ever leaves the practice Me & my entire family will follow.
