Excellent First Visit with Dr. Michael Rosenfield
It was my first visit with Dr. Michael Rosenfield for establishing care, and I couldn't be more impressed. He took the time to get to know me, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. I felt comfortable and confident in his care from the start. Dr. Rosenfield’s professionalism and warm demeanor made the experience easy and reassuring. I'm glad to have him as my primary care doctor!

Uncaring, unprofessional
Made an appointment with this Dr, stated the condition needing treatment, first with his staff, then in the paperwork and checked it in his online qualifications. First I was told that they took my insurance but when I arrived to check-in I was told flat out that they don't. I had to pay $100 (in cash, upfront) to have my scheduled appointment. In the exam room, the doctor interrupted me before I finished one sentence, "I can't help with this." I reminded him that his med staff and qualifications both confirmed that this was a good match for the condition, and he simply said, "I'm not treating that anymore." The End. I went to the front desk to tell them my appointment was terminated instantly, the doctor said five words then left--no referral, no consult, nothing--and they said my "payment" was non-refundable, even if there's no appointment.

I was having a good experience with Dr. Rosenfield while he was active in his clinic. In the last several months he has abandoned the clinic and patients entirely. I have gathered that he has moved to San Francisco to run some clinics there, but there has been no formal communication from him or the clinic whatsoever and his staff has been left to fend for themselves. This is exceptionally unprofessional and I would never recommend that anyone go this doctor after this behavior.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rosenfields for years and he has literally helped me save my life with his care with encouraging me and motivating me to stay healthy. He asks about how my family is doing and remembers their names and acts more like part of my family rather than just a doctor.
