Fantastic physician with excellent bedside manner
Dr. Rossini is a godsend. I had been having problems following thyroid cancer that spread to my lymph nodes and he was the first DR post surgery that actually listened to my concerns. He performed bilateral lymph node biopsies but before he did, he came in, sat beside me, held my hand and explained everything in such detail that I cannot even describe. I work in the medical field so I already understood most of what was happening. This man calmed every single ounce of anxiety I had in me. He took his time, he was gentle, but most of all I felt like he truly cared. At no point did I feel like I was just another name on the schedule to him. To me, that is important. If you are lucky enough to come across this man, consider yourself in great hands.

My experience was very good with Dr. Rossini. He performed a thyroid biopsy. He inserted eight needles, 4 on each side of my thyroid. He was very professional. He had a kind, caring, easy-going manner which calmed my anxiety. A good sense of humor. A wonderful doctor.

Dr. Rossini performed an arthrogram on my 40 year old disabled son. He is status post brain tumor. Due to the tumor, he has a lazy left eye. When he spoke to my son he asked him "which eye should I look at"? This is extremely rude of a physician to make a comment of this nature when he is already sensitive of his condition. I cannot emphasize enough the disappointment we have regarding this. We hope the physician sees this review and learns from it.

Dr. Rossini did a thorocentesis on my elderly mother. He explained the procedure to my siblings, mother and myself in a reassuring and understandable manner. The procedure went quick and with no complications. Our family is grateful for the wonderful care by the whole staff at the Chambersburg Hospital, especially Dr. Rossini.
