Informative
I had a heart attack that I thought was an anxiety attack. Dr. Salama was at Skagit Hospital when I arrived via ambulance. He performed an fluoroscopic procedure with a dye to help see the blockages and reported that I had several blockages and heart was only about 30% efficacy. Before the procedure he took the time to explain the procedure, I felt that he was very anxious to do a stint operation and was disappointed that I needed more than a stint. The nurses were rough with me and very inpatient stating that they had to hurry to get me to the operating room. I assumed that they were being pushed by the doctors but I really didn’t know for sure. I felt like an animal at a veterinary hospital. Shaved, rushed onto the table for the procedure and then into some recovery room. Dr. Did review the results with me regardless of the sedation I had received and visited me several times during the 4 days I stayed in the hospital.
