The doctor takes time to listen to my concerns and his explanations were clear. Recommendations were made and prescriptions were sent to pharmacy

He's great
I saw Dr Sherl for a plugged ear (couldn't hear). Aside from a 30 minute wait (which he apologized for), everything went fine. He was friendly, listened to me, unplugged my ear, checked my other ear, nose and throat and gave medical advice. The front desk people were also nice and efficient. It was a good visit and I would see him again in the future, if necessary.

Disappointing Experience
I recently had a consultation with Dr. Scherl and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt rushed and overlooked. The consultation lasted a mere 8 minutes, and told I could google my symptoms. What was even more concerning was Dr. Scherl's unprofessional behavior during the consultation. Not only did he fail to spend adequate time addressing my concerns, but he also made completely uncalled for comments and scoffed about sensitive surgeries. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful but also incredibly inappropriate in a medical setting. As a patient, I expect to be treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism, none of which I received during my visit with Dr. Scherl or his staff. I left the office feeling more confused and frustrated than when I arrived. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this practice and would caution others against seeking his care.

After a few months of seeing Dr Scherl I had no improvements and it's been decided I go under surgical procedure to help me breath normal again. Not only this surgery left me in massive pain for 3 weeks, but also he had ZERO success. Literally, nothing has changed - to this day I suffer from sinus infection. No improvement whatsoever... Last time I saw Dr Scherl, I paid for a quick appointment for him to spread his hands and to say he doesn't know how to help me.

Dr. Scherl is the best doctor that has ever treated me. His practice is patient-centered and he's knowledgeable, experienced, kind, patient and thorough. I felt completely comfortable with him and my gut told me I could trust him to help me properly with the removal and treatment of my nasal polyps. He did a fantastic job. My surgery went better than I even expected. Also, he has a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend him to other patients with my situation. He is a 5 star doctor!

I would not recommend Dr Scherl to anyone. His Office Staff is rude and uncaring and you wait for hours. My first visit I waited over an hour and 20 minutes to be seen as they explained Monday is his Surgery Day. Then why make early Appointments? After a brief examination he said my Sinus was clear bur sent me for a CT Scan. Necessary? I think not but won't argue the point. On my follow up visit I waited over an hour before informing the desk I was leaving. Complete disregard for Patients......

Very disappointed, waited ONE HOUR and FIFTEEN MINUTES before even seeing a doctor....went there with coughing and malaise, and he didn't even take my temperature, nor did he check for swollen glands,he just ASKED ME if I had swollen glands out comes the endoscope and bingo,..he finds a treasure trove of polyps in my sinus which seemed to really perk his attitude up as he kept saying they could remove them right in the office(nothing like drumming up more billable hours doc.I want my money back!
