Cystoscopy
I had a cystoscopy done at this Dr. office. It went terribly wrong. The equipment used is dated. I do recommend not to get this at his office. Get it done at the hospital. I had an infection that became sepsis. I spent almost a month at the hospital. Be careful and ask questions. I still on treatment 6 months later.

Had no interest in this patient.
Went for my 3rd visit. Never saw the doctor until I had waited almost 2 hours. Then asked for my records and the biopsy report. He won't sign the release of records until after office closes. Then he berated me in the hallway saying he had a trauma to deal with, I would have to wait until office closes to get records. Then his wife drew me aside to tell me what a great doctor he is and how I'll only see a PA at the urologist down the street. At least I'll see some one. All 3 visits to him were of the same quality.

I’m a new patient with doctor Seiba. To my disappointment he didn’t show any concern about my problem. I went to see him because was feeling pain in my lower abdomen which was a kidney stone in my bladder but he ignored what I said and ordered an analysis to determine why I was producing the stones.I told him about a ct scan I had done in Mexico which he said to bring when I took him the urine analysis. On my next appointment I asked him if he had seen the ct results. It resulted that they had lost my ct results. And to make thing’s worst he said that maybe we didn’t take because his staff wouldn’t have misplaced them. He blamed me. Another thing he also told me that he wouldn’t another them because they were from Mexico which I told him in my first visit. Not good.

Great Physician
Dr Seiba has been my physician since spring of this year. He and his staff have always been responsive to my questions/emails/calls. I don't think I could have found a more knowledgeable surgeon, or a better communicator than Dr Seiba and his staff. He always takes time for all questions to be asked and answered. I never feel rushed or brushed aside by himself or his staff. I cannot sing his praises enough, and feel so blessed to have found him at a very important time in my healthcare.

HAS A BAD ATTITUDE!
Went to see this dr. because I was having urine retention. I was not due to see him until December and because I saw him sooner, he became less than pleasant to say the least. i was told that my urine sample came up suspicious so he said he needed to have it sent over to examen it, I was confused they already examined it there at that office so why send it over somewhere else. Bottom line this dr. is RUDE.

I had a turp surgery on 9/11/17 due to an enlarged prostate. This so called doctor never did a new biopsy, he assumed I didn't have cancer based on a 2 year old biopsy. He was informed on 9/12/17 that I had cancer, and he waited until 10/31/17 to tell me. MD Anderson told me that if another 4 weeks would have gone by they would not have been able to help me.

Very unpleasant experience here, including the bill. I developed a painful infection right after and as a result of an office procedure. The doctor gave me a hard time about prescribing an antibiotic for it the next day. Seemed quite odd. RB

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Seiba?
This morning, I left Dr Seiba's office without seeing him because I waited too long past my appt time. This is the second time I’ve left Dr Seiba for this reason. Waiting for hours for the doctor is NOT “just the way things are” in the medical profession; the doctor has full control of his appointment schedule. If he scheduled one patient each hour, he'd obviously be able to keep his appointments. If he scheduled two or three appointments each hour, he'd probably be fine. But at some point, he's scheduling more appointments each hour than he can keep up with. This is disrespectful of the patients. His staff tells me that he schedules his first appointment for 9:00am but usually doesn’t roll in until 9:30. Also, he did a blood test that was not approved by my insurance. Apparently, it's a test that should be reserved until after other procedures are done. He didn't pre-approve with insurance and he didn't inform me that I'd have to pay, so now I'm stuck with a big bill. #nothappy

DO NOT go to Dr Seiba! If you tell him you want a second opinion he will get very offended and defensive. Several things he told me were in direct contradiction to what other doctors have said. This doctor is NOT recommended.

Clearly, the worst Doctor to ever treat my wife resulting in unnecessary suffering, and a brush with the hereafter. Ultimately, we fired this egomaniac and Doctors Hospital at the same time. I wouldn't recommend Michael Seiba to treat your cattle headed to the slaughter house
