Rude and long waits
I had a terrible time getting an appointment. Once I arrived, the doctor was already very behind. The staff literally shrugged at me and told me he is a doctor so it is okay. Never returning nor recommending.

We've been going there for 28 YEARS! FIRST OF ALL, My daughter's appointment for last week was cancelled without telling her! So she had to reschedule for yesterday. So my daughter went yesterday and was HASSLED about a bill from 2008 and 2010! It's 2020!!! She has been seen EVERY YEAR since with zero balance! The girls were RUDE to her and Dr Sigel wasn't nice about it either. He said he would see her but she would be "on her own" for contacts!! She's been going there since she was 3 years old!! If I could give a negative infinity for stars I WOULD! Also, every year in the Spring my husband and I go there and EVERY December we are called and told we owe money from months before with no bills in between!? I think someone is padding the books so they can afford the beach condo they all take turns going to! And the lady at the front desk has NEVER smiled once in all the years I've been going there! They truly need to call and apologize to my daughter for the way she was treated!!!!!!!!

This office is completely disrespectful of people's time. If you want to still be there 2 hours past your appointment time, then this is the place for you.
