I visited Dr Slimack at his office in Burlington Wisconsin. It was a brand new office and the staff was wonderful! I didn’t have to wait hardly at all and was able to see the doctor right away. Looking forward to working with him going forward.

Pleasant , knowledgeable doctor. His bedside manner is pleasant. I liked he looked me in the eyes while I was talking. He made me feel I was his only patient for the day. I would definitely return to see him.

Dr.Slimack is a very kind and honest doctor and Surgeon. I came in for a consult to be evaluated for hip replacement surgery, but after his review he discovered that I don't need hip replacement. I like him because he focuses on best interests of his patients.

I had a fall on the ice injuring my shoulder. The office staffinvited me to come for an urgent care same day visit.Upon arrival the staff was very prompt, polite, and efficient atworking me into see Dr. Slimack. X-rays were done quickly and I saw Dr Slimack as soon as he had studied the images. As always, Dr Slimack was caring and thorough.Plans for both immediate and follow up care were made. I was well cared for and am nothing but appreciative of the care I received.

I highly recommend Dr. Slimack. He successfully provided knee replacement surgery for my right knee over 1 year ago. This visit was for an evaluation of pain in my right hip. He was honest, as well as exact and thorough in his explanation of the condition of my hip and provided answers that put me at ease with a plan for the future.

Dr. Slimack cleaned out and fixed my infected knee replacement. Grateful he was able to get me on his busy schedule quickly. I start physical therapy today. Very grateful

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Slimack and his team. From the initial consultation to post-op and follow ups. After I had my hip replacement, I was able to walk, climb stairs without pain. If anyone needs hip replacement, I would definitely call Dr. Slimack.

Dr Slimack,Explained what was wrong with my knee gave me options on how repair it. He set up a surgery date and his staff took care of all the paper work and insurance. Post surgery they set up the therapy sessions and filed all the paper work. The office staff is very polite and professional. Very refreshing to experience that level of competence. I had my first surgery at Froedtert South it was a nightmare as compared to the in-house clinic. In the clinic I was treated with respect and they took the time to make sure I was comfortable. Nurse Janet was excellent answered all my questions and explained everything that was going on. I was treated so much better at the clinic than at Froedtert South. The clinic made sure I was comfortable and understood what happening, they kept me informed at all times. I would recommend Dr. Slimack for all knee replacements, everything goes so smooth with mild pain. They also pre order all you pain medication prior to surgery.Thank you allPatrick
