I understand that VM is a large institution and would expect Dr. Soung to be limited to his window of time with me. I'm sure he is but I never have felt rushed. He remembers our conversations from previous appointments, isn't condescending when discussing sensitive topics and always makes me like I'm the only person on his mind at that time. Unfortunately, I've not felt this way with other Primary Care Doctors in large institutions. Dr. Soung is a true pleasure to work with.

My Dad is a retired physician and was my doctor for most of my life. In seeking a new doctor, I looked for someone like him. After a failed attempt elsewhere, I found Dr. Soung. I REALLY like his style of care. He actually listens, asks questions, discusses options, gives me a choice, but provides guidance. He is the perfect replacement for my Dad.....and that is VERY high praise.

I appreciated that he made sure any other health needs I had were taken care of at the same time of the visit. (Pneumonia shot, cortisone shot for my hip)

Dr. Soung was exceptional. He really took his time in trying to figure out what was wrong with my knee. I had fallen at work on a slippery floor and hurt my knee. He really took his time to try and find out what was wrong. He was very thorough.
