Emergency intestinal cancer
Dr. Sparkuhl performed emergency surgery in 2015. I am still here to report it. His personal care was outstanding.

My Dad was 42 and in Nov 2014 he was diagnosed with ischemic bowel the Dr was his surgeon and removed 4ft of his intestines however he allowed bacteria to enter my Dads bloodstream and my Dad got overwhelming sepsis and died from cardiac arrest hours after surgery I never got say goodbye I was 18 and my brother 17 and my sister 9 My Dad never woke up from surgery he was only 42 how can you allow bacteria from the intestines to enter the bloodstream in my opinion he was careless & not experienced

I woke during surgery, told this dr I could feel everything, he replied, "No you don't" then continued w/biopsy as I screamed and cried until a nurse put me under again. Then I was denied correct pain meds (I was told just take MORE & was worse-I was given percent & unable to sleep for days) until 3days later. Horrific experience and I've had post traumatic stress ever since. I wish I could have my life back.
