Dr. Michael Stelman, MD

Doctor speaks down to the patient, does not answer questions, and he does not listen. It’s only his way. The receptionists, nurses, and the doctor are all very curt. He is extremely condescending, the rooms are from the 1950s, and rooms do not appear to be very clean, so I will not return to this office.

Also, besides you completely lying about me eating/drinking in the exam room - if you don't want me to infringe upon the next patients time, try not walking into my appt 40 minutes late.

Front receptionist giving attitude when I didn’t have a hard copy of my insurance card, didn’t appreciate me matching her attitude. As the MA brings me back the MA turns around and I hear her tells the receptionist “oh she’s going to be one do those…” and I couldn’t hear the rest. When waiting I could hear the doctor attending to the patient next door and he had a genuine and positive attitude with him but when he entered the room with me totally different attitude. Pompous and like I was wasting his time. I came in for multiple issues and he had me pick which one was the most important one. Kept using language such as “we can wait for you to wander in here and help you”. It was a new patient visit and I had to ask him about regular health check up testing to which he offered AFTER. Oh yeah did mention the MA stopping to answer a text message during my intake with signs all over the office asking for phones to be turned off?

Doesn’t seem to care about the patient and not a good listener.

Dr.Stelman has a good bedside manner. He's very through and always takes time to answer questions and address concerns. His staff is friendly and do a great job fitting me in at short notice. I highly recommend Dr.Stelman
