Horrible, clueless , had wrong information on me and suggested an entirely new diagnosis from my previous dr- which turned out to be completely inaccurate.

Dr. Strachan has been my doctor for many years and I am completely satisfied with him. He seems to be concerned about my condition, never rushes when I visit the office. He and his staff are very professional. I have never experience any long waiting times when I arrive for my appointments. The last two virtual visits went very well.

Due to Covid-19, for safety, a Telehealth /Phone appointment was done. I am a physician with 44 years of experience in medicine and interactions with physicians and medical staff. I was pleased with our virtual visit. I recommend care with Dr. Michael Strachan. He was professional, competent, intellectual, and cordial.

I have been with Dr. Strachan now for almost 7 years. My pain from gout and rheumatoid arthritis has gone for debilitating and excruciating (level 10) to a level 2. He assisted me in continuing to work until my planned retirement and he has been fantastic in working with me when I switched from private insurance to medicare. His staff is always friendly, professional and willing to listen. The only negative I can say is that since I went on medicare I have been seeing him a little less. I also must now split time with his Nurse Practitioner, who is very capable and thorough, she just isn't Dr. Strachan. Ihave referred

Dr. Strachan and his staff are excellent. I had been on other biologics and he changed me to Actemera. I feel great and my joint damage is almost nonexistent. Many thanks.

It is quite obvious he obtained his medical license at Trump University due to his narcissistic comments. If I could give negative stars I would.

Dr Strachan has made my journey with a chronic illness absolutely TERRIBLE! Horrible bedside manner and will prescribe OTC medicine for debilitating pain. Literally one of the nastiest people I have ever met.

Dr Strachan has been taking good care of me for over 20 years. He is kind and caring. When I first met him, unlike the other Drs I had seen he gave me hope that he would help get my rheumatoid arthritis under control. He did that, I will be forever grateful. I had been told before that I would likely end up in a wheelchair. I am active and enjoying my life.

I have found Dr. Strachan to be very difficult to deal with in terms of appointment setting and communicating with him and his staff. There are a lot of choices out there and I would not recommend him or his practice.
