There are not many doctors like him left. You may have to wait to see him in the office. If he is running behind it is not because he is at Starbucks having a latte. He is the kind of doctor that will come to your room in the hospital at 9 pm and apologize for not getting their sooner. The world is a better place because of him. His residents - his assistant in the office Toni Ann and PA Carrie exemplary- always go above and beyond. I travel from Sullivan county to be his patient. So what if he runs behind sometimes- it could be your life he is saving! Bring a book all good.

Dr. Tobias is an exceptional Neurosergeon, his bedside manner is extraordinary. He is mythotical and direct. I wouldn’t trust anyone else in our/my daughter’s condition. His staff is also caring and patient! Finally, an office that cares about it’s patients and doesn’t make you feel rushed or confused! I highly recommend this practice. ??

I have never been to a Dr where our initial apt gets rescheduled and we still have to wait over 2 hours to see him with our 3 year old. When we entered his office the first thing he said was “you are my last patient of the day so I won’t have to rush you.” We should have walked out. We had our daughtersMRI prior to the apt. But he never reviewed it. He said there was nothing to worry about at this pt. Thankfully we had 2 other opinions where significant pressure on the brain was shown on MRI

Dr. Tobias is a good doctor and takes his time to address off your questions and concerns, unfortunately I have never gone where the wait is 30 mins. Average wait times are about an hour and if he is running behind schedule you are looking at two hours or being rescheduled.
