Staff friendly the visits are intense but I can actually sleep on my back because Dr Verdolin is one of the best Docs . Just do not ask questions in the procedure room. Allows the dr to focus on your procedure .

This is just an FYI; If you need pain meds prescribed, DON'T COME HERE. They don't prescribe pain meds. Also, they are no longer at Alvarado. They are only at Otay Mesa. Enjoy the drive!

This doctor is a FRAUD!!

I have been seeing Dr. Virdolin for several years and I really appreciate his directness in telling me why I am in sever back pain and what course of action he feels would be the best relief for me. He does not prescribe pain medication to mask the problem,but starts with X-rays and then proceeds with the most minor and least invasive procedure. I have found like others that his office staff is not prompt in returning phone calls, but I am very pleased with Doc's concern for relieving my pain and proceeding one step at a time. I also have found that Naomi is always most helpful with whatever I need !

I was there early and lying on the table for approx 30 minutes when I was told he will be in shortly several times. When I told the staff I wanted to reschedule , Here comes some maniac behind the door and was told if I can't wait for another 3 minutes then fuc him and he slams the door front door open and left very mad , and this was the first time I met him and the staff behind the counter keept apologizing for the Actions of their boss .beware do not ! Do not ! Go here what so ever you will

Just Horrible!!! Worst experience ever!!

I'm a veteran and this Military Veteran is my choice provider. Been trying to set up an appointment for the past 4 months and till this day have not received a call. I have left voicemails and even spoke with an employee who told me she was going to send the paperwork to Tri West so I could be scheduled and here I am today changing choice providers. Employees are either acting incompetent or are just being lazy to take care of patients. Would not recommend.

Zero stars....would never ever recommend this doctor. Worse physician!!!!

Dr. Verdilin literally gave me back my life. I had ruptured L4 & L5. I had back surgery 12 years ago. I was in so much pain I had no quality of life. Then my new insurance recommended him and he told me about this newer stimulator he had to implant and was helpful and improved the pain. I was willing to give anything a try. I had the surgery and within 2 days was completely out of pain. After 12 years I am back to work and working out. Words can't express my gratitude to him.

My experience at this office was really refreshing. Sam, made sure I was set up before walking back. Naomi is friendly and thorough while asking questions. PA,Neenah, helped me with every one of my issues and explained why I was having pain. Rebecca, is fantastic up front and really makes me feel cared for beyond just being a patient. Dr V went out of his way to make sure my transfer to a military clinic was smooth. Just such a great experience. Thank you!!

I am horrified by the treatment I saw of the doctor towards his staff. While he seemed kind to me, the behavior and words I saw directed at his staff were truly unbelievable. He was essentially screaming and berating his staff while I was waiting in the exam room (with the door OPEN, no less). It was all because of my legitimate complaint regarding a referral that wasn't submitted in a timely manner and the lack of returned phone calls. I appreciate him addressing it, but not like THIS! Amazed.

He is very abrupt but he knows what he's doing. His staff is another story... they run around like chickens with their heads cut off and are oftentimes very rude.
