Dr. Michael Ward, MD

Dr. Ward has a great bedside manner, he is thorough and not afraid to say 'I don't know.' He will work with you to find the right solution to your problem and wants his patient's to take ownership in their health care. I've been with him for well over 16 years and will not see another Dr. unless I'm referred by him for a specialty. He has worked tirelessly with me to find the right course of treatment for my chronic migraine headaches when every neurologist failed me. I think I'll eventually get to zero migraine days with Dr. Ward's help. I'm a patient for life!!

They do not answer the phone for weeks on end. They have caller ID and answer who they want and when they want. I was literally hung up on after requesting, sending messages, and voice mails for weeks. You can’t reach anyone. Half of the things he tells you he is going to do, or order, he forgets before you walk out and you have to go back and remind him. He can’t keep a partner for some reason. Every year it’s someone new. No longer impressed. He used to care, he used to be good but he seems burnt out and all he cares about now is getting his payment. You’re no longer a patient you’re a paycheck. Looking for a new pcp without an attitude and nice decent professional staff

Dr. Ward is a well educated professional that took his time to discuss my options and treatment plan.

I give Dr. Ward 10 stars for being dedicated, honest, thorough, and smart. His bed-side manner is above reproach. He's quite personable and listens very carefully to what's being said. I truly admire Dr. Ward for being on top of his every prognosis/diagnosis in providing his patients with accurate information to expound on what he has explained. Way to go Dr. Ward!!! You're and exceptional doctor and I appreciate you.

Dr. Ward is a very compassionate and friendly doctor. He spends so much time with his patients and is genuinely concerned about your health and well being. I would/have recommended Dr. Ward to family and will continue to do so.

He's been my family's Dr. ever since i can remember, he's great with understanding and connecting on a personal level very trustworthy.

Dr Ward is great. However his office medical assistant staff is very rude and unprofessional. If he could get a new staff the experience would be much better.

Very Professional luv my new Dr. Michael Ward and wonderful staff I enjoy my visit and they enjoy me also. And thank u Dr. Ward for running that blood test on me now I thinking back my leg in the back been hurting since I was in my 20's never knew why.
