Wonderful doctor
Wonderful doctor and staff. I was treated with compassion and kindness. I especially like the new nurse practitioner Casey. She treated me for an infection on my leg that a local urgent care clinic gave up on and wow, she knew exactly what to use to make it well. I will be taking my entire family to this office.

The office staff is incompetent! Rude and disresp
They submitted my claim wrong! Sent it to my dental insurance instead. What a fiasco. Then they refused to fix the issue and said it was "my problem!"

His P.A. is great but everything else is a mess
His PA Bethany is outstanding, but Dr. Whitely runs a loose ship and has antiquated beliefs that don't fit the 21st century. If you don't get the first appointment in the morning, good luck. You're gonna wait FOREVER, at least 1.5 hours to get in and out for a scheduled appointment. The front desk staff are unfriendly. Messages, prescriptions, and referrals often have to be followed up on multiple times. The portal is a joke. He also requires random drug screening if you take any controlled substance (in my case, low dose ADHD medication) even though that's not a legal requirement, just an office policy. And if you fail the random screening (even for small amounts of THC) their policy is to NEVER AGAIN prescribe you any medications that are considered controlled substances. If you want a doctor who moralizes and denies treatment based on his ultra-conservative view of right and wrong, go here. If not, look elsewhere for a non-judgmental doctor who lives in the real world.

Great Doctor and Staff
I have found Dr. Whiteley, Bethany, Radar, and the entire staff to be highly professional. I have never had an issue with wait times, and I have found Dr. Whiteley to be extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He takes the time to provide detailed explanations you can understand.

Dr Whiteley is far too old and incompetent to be running any sort of business, much less a Dr’s office. He needs to relinquish the reins to someone who has the mental capacity to handle the immense tasks a doctor is required to do on a daily basis. He forgets to call in prescriptions, never responds in a timely manner, and his office staff has obviously taken on the same mentality. Also, each time I have an appointment I am seen at least 1 hour past my appointment time. I have been using Dr Whiteley for many years now and I’ve finally had it. I highly recommend finding a different doctor….. You will be glad you did.

I have to honestly say it has been a few years since I've seen Dr. Whitely because I stopped. He literally made me feel as if I was a bother to him, I was beneath him. It's Doctor's like this that give the profession a bad name. I try and be polite and respectful but don't treat me like that, or anyone for that matter. Very sad ! I honestly have had no luck in finding a Doctor so far that seems to care if only for 15 minutes.

I love seeing Bethany and Dr. Whitely.. I even transferred my kids to them , the only issue I have ever had is the office staff - they are rude , inconsiderate and not very supportive at all - they also lack on calling you back - I do believe they say they will email requests to Bethany etc and when I call back ( when they should) to see if she had answered yet its always a no , or sorry she said this and that ! It does not sound like her at all - she is very understanding and listens

My family and I have been going to Dr. Whiteley for thirty-six years. He has never misdiagnosed any of our medical conditions. He is very thorough and has an encyclopedic memory of medical knowledge. Furthermore, he is patient, kind, and caring. He takes the time to explain his diagnosis and the treatment he recommends. I endorse Dr. Whiteley without reservation.

Dr Whiteley is a wonderful doctor. He has been my doctor over 20 years and has treated me for many health problems. His staff is always courteous and very friendly. His office manager Jeanell was able to help me once with an insurance matter that saved me large amounts of money and it was greatly appreciated. His Nurse Practitioner Bethany is the best and very kind and friendly.

My husband has been seeing Dr. Whiteley for 7 years. We have found him to be professional, compassionate and informed. He is thorough in his examinations and listens well, as opposed to some doctors who tend to brush off patient concerns. A few months ago my husband had a growth on his back and Dr. Whiteley took a sample. Dr. Whiteley personally called my husband to tell him that the biopsy showed it needed further treatment. Most doctors have staff call. but personal attention was great.

My family has been seeing Doc for about five years now. The folks there genuinely care about you; hearing "I am sorry you're sick" or "I hope you get to feeling better" just makes you feel good. I ran into Doc and his wife out eating in a restaurant, and he came over to our table to ask about one of our kids who was recently in to see him for something. Good doctor great guy.
