I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had with Dr. Michael Chuan Wu, who works with Kelsey Seybold. During my visit, he only spent about five minutes with me, dismissing my symptoms after a brief two-minute conversation. This lack of attention and care has been frustrating, especially since I’ve been physically unwell for over a year. Also in his notes on my exam the after summary he didn’t he put my correct symptoms or concerns.Initially, Dr. Wu ordered a blood tests telling me it was negative. However, after further research, speaking with other medical professionals I discovered that my levels were still weakly positive. Despite providing screenshots of my concerns and reaching out to him for clarification, Dr. Wu refused to respond to those questions or conduct any further testing.Dr. Wu’s dismissive attitude and lack of empathy for chronic illness sufferers are deeply concerning.

I wish I could give negative stars. I have a TON of doctors/medical professionals, and doctor Wu is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen! He is terrible, and his boss isn't much better. He diagnosed me with fibromyalgia on my first appointment with him....which is just wrong in so many ways. I also didn't learn about the diagnosis from him, I found out via the receptionist almost a year later. 1 appointment I felt feverish and faint, and was having cognition issues because of my illness. He did nothing about it....even my mental health professionals offer ice or water. He didn't do an exam, never took my temp (even when I asked him to) didn't address my primary concern, and sounded like a broken record incapable of answering any of my questions/concerns. He told me the same thing at very least 5 times, and then told me about another 3 or 4 times via email. Completely useless. Should not be a doctor. Do not go to see this doctor ever! I wouldn't be surprised if a patient sues him.
