Dr. Yeh performed a total thyroidectomy, central neck dissection and a left modified radical neck dissection on me on August 25th, 2020. Dr. Yeh’s surgical work is gorgeous and my 3 scars are already healing beautifully 2.5 weeks post-op. He was even able to save my parathyroids, 2 of which are completely untouched and the other 2 were injected into my neck muscles. Dr. Yeh cares about his patients and is calm, confident, caring, and incredibly experienced. I am so incredibly happy to have put my trust into Dr. Yeh and his surgical assistant, and could not believe I even considered another surgeon, when Dr. Yeh is the best. I generally don’t write reviews on doctors, however reading some of the reviews about Dr. Yeh pre-op left me terrified, scared and confused. I ended up consulting with another surgeon at Cedars, for this very reason. However and upon further investigation I understood that the horrifying and false reviews were all coming from a single source likely to extort UCLA.

I went to UCLA and decided Dr. Yeh would be my surgeon to perform my partial thyroidectomy. The only doctor I remember speaking to the day of the surgery was a fellow. After my surgery, I was scheduled to return to have a follow up visit with Dr. Yeh. I drove several miles for this visit. I sat in the examining room for a VERY long time only to hear that Dr. Yeh was too busy to speak with me as he was busy with his patients. I was offered a visit with his assistant instead. She removed my bandage but was not able to answer all of my questions. Specifically I wanted to know why my parathyroid gland was destroyed during surgery and why I have metal clips left in my neck. I waited but when it became apparent Dr. Yeh was not coming , I left. I rescheduled. The second attempt was more successful. Dr. Yeh answered my questions in a tone that frightened me regarding how much supervision the fellow was given during surgery. I regret having Dr. Yeh involved with my medical care.

I had thyroid cancer in Dec 2014 which he removed completely. I had no further complications and have not had to have radiation at all. He did an amazing job removing all the cancer and left no other damages behind! I would highly recommend him!

I wanted to take the opportunity to write about my and my family’s experience with Dr. Yeh as he has been such a blessing in our lives. In 2014, I was diagnosed with stage 4 thyroid cancer that had spread into my neck and upper chest. Thankfully, I had been referred to Dr. Yeh. From the moment he came in the room to discuss my case with me, I was put at ease. He explained all his recommendations, including the recommendation for surgery. I knew of his extensive surgical training, and, paire

In August 2013 Dr. Yeh performed a thyroidectomy on me. The outcome of his reckless performance, is awful and has ruined my life. For those reading this, beware, Dr. Yeh has embellished his experince, and he is a young, very unskilled surgeon. There is no excuse for what he did to me. Dr. Yeh severed my laryngeal nerve, resulting in a paralyzed vocal cord. Furthermore, he left cancer behind, known as an incomplete surgery. He also damaged my parathyroids, which has impaired my calcium.

I wanted to have my thyroid removed (I chose this over other options) Dr. Yeh, was referred to me by another patient who had her thyroid removed by Dr. Yeh. She couldn't say enough good things about him, and I can see why. He is a god. You will not find a better doctor. I just ran across something where he was voted one of the top docs. He deserves it!

Dr Yeh beautifully removed my thyroid. I saw top surgeons in Los Angeles for this procedure. I heard from renowned doctors in LA that Dr. Yeh is known to be number 1. I can't say enough about how lucky I am to have been led to Dr. Yeh. He is not a surgeon who rushes to surgery. He advised of a new molecular test/biopsy that NONE of the other doctors i saw knew about! His warmth makes you smile, his intelligence and talent instill complete confidence,& i have a practically INVISIBLE scar!!
