I liked that I had to call from the car before coming up. Doc was on time which is a big plus. He was attentive and took his time to explain when I had questions. Exam room was very clean. Staff was super nice and helpful!

Because of a severe sinus infection I needed immediate attention by a ENT Specialist and De Yerukhim and his staff were the only ones willing to squeeze me in first in the morning.I am very impressed with the professionalism and detailed attention they provided. I want to thank him and his staff for the emergency medical help.

I saw Dr. Yerukhim for issues with my parotid gland and he was excellent! He explained the procedure, took great care with me and walked me through every step of the process. His staff is also fantastic to work with. Everyone there is truly compassionate and thorough and I would recommend him to anyone. I also love that I didn't have to deal with 'central scheduling' when I call the office. I actually get a person! Great staff, great doctor and great outcome. What more could you ask for?

Three times I scheduled appointments to meet with this guy and everytime he has his PA meet with me instead. One time he was in his office and there were no other patients there. The appointment was a follow up and specifically scheduled with him. The PA did the initial consult and walked into his office and he stated he wasn't going to see me and that I should come back in another month. During that follow up I was also handed to the PA. Why have a practice if you won't meet with patients who schedule with him specifically?

My partner had a significant amount of mucous built up in her nose and throat for the past few months (to the point where she had to hack up mucous everyday (I know, I’m sorry, TMI)). But about 1 month ago, she started to heavily pant, and said that felt short of breath breathing in and out of her nose. I check her oxygen sat and it’s at 91 then dips to 89. I took her to the ED. They did blood work and a chest X-ray, which were all fine. The PA-C writes a physicians order for an ENT consult with this man. He was rude, had no bedside manner, did not explain any of the tools or instruments he was using or tried to be gentle, appeared agitated, and appeared to be in a rush. He only checked her nose, but not her throat. THEN PROCEEDS TO RECOMMEND A CONSULT FOR A PULMONOLOGIST! His other option was surgery for a deviated septum! A DEVIATED SEPTUM IS NOT THE REASON FOR HER ACUTE SHORTNESS OF BREATH AND HYPOXIA! What kind of ENT looks at the nose but not the throat when you’ve r/o the nose?

To be honest when I made the appointment, I was slightly surprised that we needed to wait in the car until called into the appointment. Out of respect we called into the office 10 minutes early. We were told that we were next and that the room would be cleaned and ready for us to see the doctor. Our appointment was at 12:15. At 12:45, I called into the Dr. office to see if I had missed their call. They put me on hold and said a room had just opened up, that we could come up. We went to the office and they put us in a room. We waited in the room for a 1/2 hour. I hear the dr. say which room is next. It was not ours. So after waiting an hour and 20 minutes we decided to leave. We were never seen. I appreciate that he was taking care of his patients, that's great. And I understand that he had emergency surgery, again take care of your patients, but you should also respect other patients and maybe reschedule them instead of them having to wait and having a bad 1st impression.

Upon first meeting and describing that I was referred by the E.R., he was very nasty. He located my my MRI and didn't know what he was looking at. I'm glad I cancelled any further appointments with him and went to a different ENT doctor. I would never refer this physician to any friends or family.

Excellent, compassionate doctor. I felt very comfortable from my very first visit . Dr. Yerukhim is very through at explaining what needs to be done and does not sugar coat what you will experience, I am very happy with my results after having my nose worked on twice by another doctor I can finally breath and sleep at night and my appearance is improved. I truly highly recommend this doctor and I found him by reading his reviews !

. I am extremely confident in Dr. Yerikum's judgement and expertise especially with his training in plastics. The botox injections turned out great, beyond expectations. Dr. Yerikum is a perfectionist and takes his time to obtain optimum results. He offers great value for the money, especially after speaking with friends that have had botox with other providers.
