Dr Yi was my primary care physician from 2019 through May 2024, when I underwent a radical prostatectomy. There is a very high success rate with irradicating cancer in the prostate if its caught early. Standard medical practice is to refer the patient to a urologist whenever the PSA is 4 or higher. I asked Dr Yi to have full blood panels taken yearly since 2019. In 2023 I first heard from Dr. Yi that my PSA level was 8.9 in 2021. I learned this when my PSA in 2024 had reached 18.9. Dr. Yi did not refer me to a urologist back in 2021. Moreover, in 2022 when I had asked Dr. Yi to refer me to a urologist because of BPH symptoms he quickly brushed it off, telling me 'you don’t need a urologist'. All the while my blood records from two years prior CLEARLY indicated that I urgently needed to see a urologist. Post-surgery 2023 revealed that the cancer spread outside the prostate. I MUST NOW UNDERGO RADIATION TREATMENT.

My former doctor. On my first and only visit, he accepted multiple calls, texted people, and didn't listen to any of my concerns. I asked him a question relating to lab results online and he never responded (it has been 2 years now).

All of my kids see Dr Yi and he is always prompt and friendly and super knowledgable.

Like the last review. Worst doctor ever just to one-sided staff is not friendly. Always want to do a zoom visit My daughter had allergies. Urgent care said so I thought I would follow up with my primary doctor. Michael yi they didn't even recommend us to come into the office. Said it sound like covid symptoms. I tell you worstaff and Dr ever. I said I was just take her over to children's hospital and they call me back and said that the doctor recommended that I just see other doctors because he did not want me and my daughter back horrible

He gave my husband more resources and information in 20 min then his prior primary care did in 7 years. He's friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and ready to help in any way he can. I 100% would recommend him to anyone looking for a new primary care doctor!

Dr Yi is our family pediatrician. He is an excellent Doctor. His staff members are courteous and nice. He is professional, has a happy and caring personality, and always greets us with a smile. He takes very good care of our children. He always gets us in quickly and efficiently, takes time to listen to our questions and opinions, and treats us with the utmost of respect and care. I am very discerning about my children's care and went through 4 other pediatricians before I found Dr. Yi. I will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Yi has been my primary physician for approximately eight years. During that time, he has consistently shown compassion and care at each appointment. Dr. Yi has listened to each of my complaints and helped me find solutions that fit my lifestyle. He spends more time in the exam room than any other doctor I have encountered. I have recommended Dr. Yi to several friends looking for new doctors.

I love seeing Dr. Yi! He does a phenomenal job at explaining everything to you and doesn’t seem rushed to leave the room. His bedside manner is amazing and that’s something I really look for and value.

Worst doctor I have ever dealt with in my life. I changes providers for myself because anytime I had an issue, he acted like it was nothing. Had me on the same medication for months even though I told him it wasn't helping. My daughter needed a form filled out for daycare or she could not return. He went out of the country for a month and was the only doctor that could see her. Then whenever my kids are sick, he says its just a cold, but other doctors actually find the problem

Staff are uncooperative and rude. Very hard to get anyone to answer the phone.
