Dr. Yium was awesome! Answered my questions thoroughly. Very kind and focused on patient.

I was sent to Dr Yium my pulmonologist. 2 diseases diagnosed after extensive testing at diagnostic clinics for over 15 years. He didn't make the diagnosis, not valid. (no kidding) No treatment. 6 months of monthly appointments, running around seeing other docs because problem couldn't be ENT. Referred to pain management (really?), psychiatrist. From the untreated ear disease, my ears got worse and worse. Finally right eardrum ruptured. Last time I saw Dr Yium it was clearly obvious he wasn't going to help me. I walked out of the appointment after he didn't want to look in my ears, down my throat. Went to my PCP and he discovered ruptured eardrum. In so much pain, so dizzy. And not happy about bill.

I was so impressed with Dr. Yium and his staff! Everyone was polite and efficient! Front desk, medical assistant and Dr. Yium were all wonderful. Dr. Yium was so incredibly personable and I am so grateful for his time. Clear diagnosis explanation and treatment plan! Bravo!

Dr. Yium truly listens to his patients. I left his office completely understanding the treatment protocol and with every single question answered. An ear issue I've suffered with for years has finally improved! (It was misdiagnosed by other doctors). His staff are also impressive.

The office staff is professional and very nice. Dr. Yium is very personable and knowledgeable and listens to what you have to say as to the purpose of your visit.

Dr. Yium is fantastic. He was so patient and took the time to get to know us and our needs. His staff answered all our questions and were flexible and responded to emails about surgery in a timely manner. We are so happy we chose him! 100% would recommend him to anyone for kids or adults.

Michael Yium is one of the better doctors in my experience, thoughtful, knowledgeable and a careful listener. He has pinpointed several elusive problems for me, enhancing my quality of life.

Our son needed his tonsils & adenoids removed plus ear tubes put in. We are not surgery type people and tried for 2 years to help our son naturally and with meds with no luck. Dr Yium was amazing. Not only with our child but with us. Right when we met him we knew our child was safe in his care. Our son his thriving now and we couldn't be more pleased.

As a patient of Dr. Yium's for about a decade, I've found the care he & his team provides very professional & courteous. He & his staff are patient to answer questions & do what they can to ensure patients are comfortable & informed. I appreciate that Dr. Yium takes time to ask questions & listens. In the previous office, the wait time in the waiting room, for afternoon appointments was unreasonably long, but have since deliberately scheduled appts for morning & haven't encountered long wait.
