Dr. Yu is an Excellent Physician.
Dr. Yu is very knowledgeable. He has a personable demeanor which helps to calm patient's who may feel stressed going to see a doctor. He listens to his patient's needs and does not make you feel rushed out. Dr. Yu genuinely cares for his patient's.

The entire team at Torrance Memorial and Dr. Yu's office specifically have always been extremely friendly and helpful. Scheduling, even on short-notice, as always been easy and their team very accommodating. Dr. Yu has always been very friendly and knowledgable, and I completely trust him with my general physician care.

The worst doctor I ever met. He misdiagnosed me three times which put me in the hospital each time & once fighting for my life. The needless agony & pain was due to him diagnosing me by phone after calling him 10 times then hearing back 6 hours later by phone. He said the pain in my loins was due to a flu I might have in my stomach. No, not the flu but a UTI caused by Yu's stupid test that began the UTI. He said to stay at home & eat lightly then call back on Monday while I festered in horrific pain for three days. By Sunday night I was passing out from high fever/sweats/pain only to be rushed by ambulence to the ER where I suffered for 6 hours in the ER hallway. It took days of antibiotics to save me from worse damage. Dr Yu is a Quack & obviously picks & chooses the patience he prefers w/his common traits & preferences. His many wrong diagnoses of my illnesses almost killed me thanks to his careless/cruel/avoiding/vile/& evasive behavior of always RUSHING AWAY from our office meets.

Dr. Yu has always been very personable and he is always on time with his appointments. He is always very friendly and I enjoy seeing him. I wish he spent more time discussing preventative care (like above the standard exercise question; what can I do to be healthier into my older age?).
