I wanted to give this feedback after my surgery 2 years ago and don't believe I ever did. I am so impressed with Dr. Tsai and her team. She is always willing to listen and to help find a solution to my issues(s). During my surgery, she held my hand as the team prepped me. I've NEVER had a doctor do that. Generally they aren't even in the room when the team is prepping. Then when I came to from the surgery, one of her staff was handing my hand while they were unhooking me from all the equipment, etc. That level of care and concern touched my heart. Thank you!!!!

Dr Tsai has been so responsive and caring through this Breast Cancer process. Has explained what steps we are taking and why. Has sought to keep me comfortable and well cared for. I consider her my favorite medical warrior.

I love my provider Dr. Tsai. She explains options and recommendations for my treatment and responds to any questions I have during and after my visit. I use my chart to ask any questions that come up in between visits and she responds timely.

I don't recommend anyone to see this care provider because she is an oncologist. I don't wish anyone to get cancer. This is the reason I'm giving her a middle score. I think she's a great doctor, I just don't want anyone to have to see her.
