Dr. Michele Martinez, MD

Awful doctor. Never available for you. Brushes off your concerns . The worst thing she did is ignore me when I had severe covid and told her I had pneumonia and chest pain and electrocardiogram indicating small heart attacks. She ignored me until I got a big one. She is awful. I almost lost my life because of her. Do not trust her.

This Dr is the worst! I have only been able to see her twice due to the other 3-4 times the office assistant has called and rescheduled each time. Once, Dr Martinez walked out during my appointment, I was there a few minutes early and she was leaving the office exactly at 3pm when I had my appointment. I understand that some doctors have unforeseen emergencies and need to leave without notice but this doctor did not have an emergency, I even asked the office assistant where she was going and she did not know how to respond all she said was not to worry that she would be back soon. I waited in the parking lot for 25 minutes and the doctor did not come back. HOW THE HELL IS THIS IRRESPONSIBLE LADY A DOCTOR Definitely, refrain from changing your dr to this woman, she is careless and unprofessional. If this has also happened to you I suggest you file a grievance report, this should not be happening to anyone.

I hope to give zero star or less service is so so bad front desk is horrible I had to change my insurance only because of them I called to get my report they told me I have to contact my specialists to get them ...... and refused to give it to me

I wish I could do zero stars... To start, trying to call to get an appointment can take a week. Not only does the front office not answer their phone, but they never call back either. Once your finally there, beware of what they record you are there for as they had my information from a prior visit completely wrong. Then they tried to call me a liar and offered to show a picture as proof. The picture wasn’t even mine! So I told them they could get my hospital records to show why I was there the last time to prove Monica wrong. She again said I am lying even though I proved I was not. Terrible service. When I first arrived, I waited 10 minutes before somebody even came to the lobby. Then they said they would check if they can take me in and I waited another 20 minutes. Terrible service... overall, I would say this office is a joke and unprofessional. They probably marked my chart wrong to falsely bill my insurance.

Tried multiple times to contact the office and receive results from the doctor. They do not care about their patients. Never one to write reviews but it was such a horrible overall experience. Would not recommend.

She is very good at what she does.

Dr. Martinez might be great but her staff is just incompetent. I have called multiple times for her MA's to change a cpt code that they submitted incorrectly to insurance for my mom to get an EkG prior surgery but the delay is already a month. The provider's office that would do the EKG for my mom has called and left messages as well and no response. This is just delaying patient care and is unacceptable.

Dr. Martinez is great. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Martinez recently opened a new practice and I just had my first visit, it was so great. Her staff is so welcoming, building is beautiful and clean. Most important of all, Dr. Martinez is amazing...she is so caring and knowledgeable. She's the best doctor I've seen since I moved to California! So thankful to have found her. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Martinez is great!! She cares and listens to your concerns. The office staff is awful and very unprofessional which unfortunately reflects poorly for Dr. Martinez but this is not her office and the owner needs to step in and make the necessary changes.

Please read this review .Do not become a patient of Dr .Martinez.Her wait time is over a hour with a apt.Her staff is extremely rude.They talk about patients among themselves.I have witnessed it.The staff does not accocmadate you to try and squeeze you in.Her apts are months out..I would not employee people like her staff .I would employee people who care .This is the medical field..

Dr. Martinez is an excellent doctor - my Mom trusts her for her recommendations and expertise.
