Dr. Rorich took great care of me at advent health winter garden. I had a very difficult situation and she was so understanding and helpful. She is very knowledgeable and took her time to sit with me and explain everything she could.

My son was feeling ill, with racing heart/pulse symptoms. I took him to Advent Health ER in Winter Garden. Dr. Rorich talked to us briefly and ordered tests. Everything came back fine, and she sent us home. Total face time with her was less than 5 minutes. Her bill was $953 and change. No itemization on the bill - just a flat amount for "physician services." Honestly, I felt like I had been robbed. I will not return to Advent Health ER Winter Garden.

just got a bill for her services after 8 months wife had pains in her chest after 4 hrs was sent home and told to go to her heart doctor we went the same day and after 2 minutes with the physicains assistant he told use that if you could move and it hurt not the heart she didnt know that, great doctor

Absolutely horrible. Didn’t bother waiting on the strep test for my daughter (which was positive) said to go take a Tylenol and that she wouldn’t prescribe anything to help. (I asked for a lidocaine mouth gargle). She then accused me of trying to get a narcotics prescription turned her back and walked out of the room. The nurse had to call and let us know she did infant have strep, that we needed a prescription and told us about a mouthwash that would help with the pain. A horrible experience.
