Dr Nelson is a life saver. She is very easy to talk to, down to earth and straight forward. She fully understands our situation and asks important questions to find the best solution. We feel incredibly lucky to have her as a doctor.

Dr. Nelson has been so amazing in helping my daughter work through her depression. She is honest, straight forward, friendly and attentive. Made our very nervous & apprehensive daughter feel comfortable from the very first appointment. We love Dr. Nelson and can't put into words just how much we appreciate her!

Dr. Nelson sees my daughter for ADHD. She is an amazing doctor. Always listening to concerns and address them.

Dr Nelson listens to my daughters anxieties and has a way of dissecting the problems and helping my daughter learn coping mechanisms. My daughter feels comfortable talking about her feelings with Dr Nelson. We both are so thankful for her!

A friend referred me to Dr. Nelson. She said Dr. Nelson had really helped her daughter. So my hopes were high that she could help my son, and I was not disappointed. Dr. Nelson is a great listener, she respects her patients, she can explain complex concepts clearly, and she knows her stuff. My son is happy and so I’m happy.

Dr. Nelson is a wonderful child psychiatrist who truly cares and listens. She is direct, but kind and understanding. Both of my kids (ages 12 and 13) love her and have an easy rapport with her. She has truly been a gift to our family and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Nelson has been helping our son with his anxiety and ADHD. She is able to speak to him and make him feel comfortable and feel good about himself. We’ve seen such positive changes in all aspects of his life. She is also an advocate for your child and helps parents navigate the complicated world of ensuring your child has the right support system at school.

Dr. Nelson shows empathy with a no nonsense yet kind demeanor. I am so great full that my daughter has found a doctor that fits. As a parent I know the struggles of trying to find that Dr. that connected with my teen. I can whole heartedly recommend Dr. Nelson.

Dr. Nelson is fantastic. I have seen several psychiatrists. I have never met another doctor that is so in tune with my son’s needs. More importantly, she talks directly to him about his needs and doesn’t just listen to me, as the parent. She always takes the time to listen and ask questions to understand all the issues.
