Dr Pulling is very good and tries very hard. It is very difficult to get a timely appointment with anyone in the medical field today. The doctors office did advance my appointment date and Dr Pulling spent a considerable time with me.

Ignores patients in extreme need
Dr. Pulling has been treating my husband’s extremely painful case of Crohns Disease with a very dismissive attitude. When labs come back erratic he got a message that “all looks stable, she hopes he is feeling better”. My husband is miserable and nothing is suggested to help. I know Dr. Pulling lost almost all nursing staff, so is overwhelmed. Sadly, it seems to affect her attention to patients.

Took 6 months to get into office for a relatively urgent issue...once in the office, there was immediate care and testing and was very relieved to be in Dr. Pulling's care; biggest complaint is I was referred to as an urgent need and very difficult to get into the office initially...Dr. Pulling's care is excellent! She is concerned and confident and kind...so glad to be in her care, thank you

Dr Pulling told me when we first met years ago that she would be trying many different procedures until my condition responds in favorable way and during this timeframe to keep an open mind. I followed her directions very closely and return my quality of life has changed significantly for the better. I couldn't be happier with the care and commitment Dr Pulling has shown me.

After a long 18 months of being nauseous daily, I reached out for a second opinion from my medical providers here at Olympic Medical Center. After receiving 4 names of GI specialists at Swedish I chose Dr. Pulling because she came highly recommended and was a woman. The first visit she was in scrubs and looked tired though was totally present and working to figure out what was going on for me. SHE LISTENED TO ME. I felt I was in collaboration and respected. She told me she disagreed with my first diagnosis which I did too. Then she came up with what she thought AND IT WAS THE ANSWER! I got immediate relief from my nausea with the first dose of the prescribed medication. From there I began to investigate on my own what diet, foods, etc. Dr. Michelle Pulling was nothing less than a godsend to me. What more is there to say?
