SHE IS TRULY A DOCTOR WITH A NICE BEDSIDE MANNER ACCEPTS MY ISSUES WITHOUT NEGATIVITY . I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO WHOEVER WANTS A FRIENDLY DOCTOR WITH A THOROUGH WAY TAKING CARE OF YOU WITH OUT BEING WELL ... TOO PUSHY LIKE SOME . LOVE HER AND HER STAFF!!!

The rare occasions that I do go to the doctor, Dr. Alberts always makes me feel very comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to get to know you and your needs during the visit. The only thing that I absolutely cannot stand here is the office staff. One in particular makes me feel very uncomfortable, and is very snippy and rude. I didn't want to mark Dr. Alberts or her nurses down due to office staff.

I have been with NWPC since I was 12 years old.Michelle is fantastic as a Dr and as a friend. Easy to talk to. Due to. Insurance changes I have to find another Dr. This is not good. I think we should be allowed to pick our Dr. I love and trust everyone at the O.C. clinic. They are the best and anyone is blessed if you are with them. The State of Oregon has cost me my Dr.and has left me in a depression and panic. STOP punishing the low income people and let us stay where we are comfortable!!!

I have never felt more like a number in my entire life during my first appointment. Then two days before my next schedule visit one of her staff called to see if I "really needed it". Are you kidding me why else would I make an appointment? I told them I would not be back EVER.

Dr. Alberts, made me comfortable. I don't do well with going to the Dr. and I have no problems going to see her or talking about what ever I need to discuss with her. First time I've been able to actually tell a Dr. what is actually going on with me.
