Stay away! You will have to wait at least an hour every time to be seen. They are now sending out a notice that at your annual exam they will not have time to discuss any health concerns you may have. You will have to schedule an additional appt. to cover what should be included in an annual exam. This equals another charge to you and payment to the provider. This practice is the opposite of patient centered care. Every interaction I had with the doctor, she seemed too tired and not interested when I was pregnant with my baby. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I transferred to Dr B mid-pregnancy with my first child because I was looking for someone who would listen to me and not treat me immediately as a "high risk" because I was overweight. Dr B was so helpful, encouraging, kind hearted, and truly listened to my concerns and allllll my millions of questions. I never felt pressured to do anything but instead felt informed and listened to. I never developed the typical "overweight" complications and was treated as a normal patient. Now I'm seeing her for my second pregnancy and she's not immediately calling me "high risk" like my other OB did. In my first birth, she was patient, let me take things at my own pace, and ended up stepping in and saving both me and my baby's life when the situation changed. I'm so thankful for her and her team. Everyone at her office is always very friendly and kind.

Everything is Amazing! I had my first baby With Dr.B & Amy & we’re on baby number 3 now. All I ask is that my tubes are tied & i’m done with kids BEFORE she ever decides to do anything else because I wouldn’t want to share the experience with any other OB.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. B’s since 2016. Our relationship began with the annual checkups and then after I was married, changed to discussions about conceiving. A year after trying, we had still not conceived so I went to dr b to talk about ovulation assistance. She was honest with me and said the best and most natural method would be to lose weight and then we’d look into medication. I took her advice and lost 70lbs. Shortly after, I found out I was pregnant! I began seeing Dr. B and her PA, Amy for my prenatal care. They were both so professional and caring with every visit. They listened to all my concerns and made me feel at ease. When it came time to deliver, Dr B and the team at Mercy hospital kept me informed of every thing they did which helped to make it a nice experience. The office staff and nurses are also super friendly and helpful. They are easy to talk to and build relationships with you instead of treating you like just another patient.

I delivered my first child here and am already looking for a new doc. The wait time is unreal-it’s expected that you ob might be late on occasion due to deliveries, but this office is consistently behind at a MINIMUM of 45min every single appointment for my pregnancy. Not only that but the staff is very unfriendly. They are wildly overbooked and unhappy, which is a reflection of management. Dr B herself is very kind and I am sad to leave due to the way she double books and her poor staff.

Dr. Brunnabend is a fantastic OB/GYN! She was so great when we miscarried in Dec. 2016. She and her staff were so caring. She made sure that everything passed as it should and then helped us to begin our journey of being able to conceive again! She is now going to be delivering our new bundle of joy in August 2018! She is a great listener and has wonderful bedside manners!

I lost my baby 2 years ago! My first appointment we discovered I lost the baby but I hadn’t passed! this is my first appointment!!! I broke down I was so hurt. But she was so awesome! She made me feel as if we were best friends! She even gave my her personal number if had issues that night. I was scheduled for a DNC! I called her that night at 3 am and she guided me through it all! And she preformed my surgery which went great! 2 years later I’m pregnant again and I’m back In her office! Thanks

Dr. Brunnabend is an amazing doctor! I have never dealt with a doctor that is more compassionate and concerned about the mother's desires. From a patient's standpoint, she listened to my desires and discussed with me in depth the possibilities of those happening. From a professional standpoint, she goes way beyond any doctor I have worked with to provide new families with the best birthing experience that is possible.

Michelle brunnabend is by far the best obgyn I have ever been to. She delivered my baby boy via c section. She was very good at helping me feel calm about it because I was so scared. She listened to everything I had to say and my surgery went great. I loved her

Dr. Brunnabend and her staff were fabulous throughout my pregnancy. I always felt respected, listened to, and encouraged to be a part of my own care. I was forced to go the medical route with this pregnancy (would have preferred midwives and water birth), but Dr. Brunnabend worked with me to give me the experience I wanted and needed in a less than favorable situation. Can't thank and recommend her enough.

Awful! Said would refil my script when I was in office for my thyroid.Denied pharmacy request then took 3days to get back to me!I thought 1st time was a fluke but2months later I'm in the same boat!I had post birth hemrhoids causing severe pain& I called for an appoint to see if needed surgery or if had other options to fix.They took an entire full day to call me back despite me being in tears from pain only to say I should call someone else.Too bad it was end of day&Afri so had to wait till mon

She may be a great option when you're pregnant but as a nonpregnant woman this office was awful. After my appointment where she said she'd refill my thyroid script as my previous obgyn had, she denied it when pharmacy faxed her request. It then took me multiple phone calls and waiting on returns to hear back finally they called me back and said it's been refilled so I thought it was a fluke...well2months later I'm dealing w it again, denied, impossible to reach, say they're refilling but not.

She delivered my daughter in a difficul/emergent situation. I trust her implicitly and I think bad reviews probably have extenuating circumstances, because she's the least likely doctor to treat anyone with disrespect or to brush anyone off. Incredibly kind, caring and knowledgable. I'm a physician but not an OB/GYN and I have the utmost respect for Dr. Brunnabend.

Dr. Brunnabend is fantastic. She fights for what the patient wants and doesn't try to push you into something that's convenient for her. She answers all your questions (no matter how ridiculous you may feel) but doesn't give you a rule book of what to do and what not to do. She's honest and thorough and I never felt uneasy when I was with her. Because she is such a thorough doctor, you can anticipate to wait a bit longer than you might want. She's worth the wait though, every time!

I have never been so disrespected by a doctor?s office in my life. The nurse implied that 1) my husband and I are liars, or 2) my husband cheated on me. Neither are something you want to hear, so I started crying. She then asked if this was a normal reaction for me, and if not they could get me medication. What kind of reaction was she expecting me to have with what she implied? A nurse is a reflection of the doctor, and she was very unprofessional. I switched doctors the next day.

I absolutely do not recommend this doctor to anybody. I had my first Dr appointment with her at my 12 week mark during my pregnancy. She didn't do a Doppler to listen to my baby's heartbeat nor did she do an ultrasound bc it was too soon. I had to wait in the emergency room the rest of the night to find out I miscarried, but hadn't passed the baby. She was impossible to reach and didn't care about my loss, and treated me like a number. Tried to give me uneccessary surgery, no advice. IDIOT!!
