Attention to detail. Reassuring manner exhibited by doctor prior to what is a major event for patient.

I had two appointments with Dr. Clermont. In both, she was rushed and didn’t listen. She did not provide clear explanations or instructions, and she acted annoyed when I had questions. I thought the first appointment might be a fluke, but she proved me wrong and behaved the same way in the second appointment. She was so disengaged that I left wondering if (1) she did not know much about my illness or (2) she just couldn’t be bothered to discuss it with me. I was uncomfortable with her demeanor and dissatisfied with her lack of care. Will not return.

Doctor was in a hurry, unable to listen, unwilling to hear questions, uninformative. Just a really poor communicator. I do not recommend.

After waiting 1 hour to see her, she asked what brought me in for appointment. I was given extensive tests and came back for follow-up from the previous appointment. She then asked if I still had diarhera - I never had diahrea. It was obvious she never read my medical file before she saw me and knew nothing about previous appointment.

Didn’t have to beg for CT imaging or a SIBO test. That’s nice. And cared about my past Gastro history. More than I can say about a lot of doctors.As far as the practice though: extremely long wait times at least one hour past your appointment time. So you’re waiting 1.5 hours (1 hour past appointment time)

This was my first visit and from start to finish it was more than I expected. I have been to different doctor office appointments and the experience was so bad that I never came back. Front desk was friendly, I did not have to wait to be seen. Back office assistant (I do not remember her name) was so friendly to the point I felt like I have known them for a long time. Dr. Clermont is very approachable, patient and friendly. Marquice (check-out) knowledgeable and friendly. They all worked as a team and made my visit great.

Dr Clermont is wonderful! She entered the exam room already knowledgeable about my medical history on my first visit. Kind and reassuring, I feel well taken care of. Highly recommend!!

Dr seemed like she was in a rush to say what she had to say. Didn’t take time to talk to me, she listened for a few minutes but that was it. I just felt , “let’s go, let’s make a decision so I can move on”.

I felt supported, well-educated, and empowered during my visit yesterday. Check-in was smooth and modern with the use of tablets as opposed to wasting paper. The back staff was friendly and helpful (with even supporting my partner in getting scheduled for a later appt). Dr. Clermont was positive, affirming, and took time to explain everything thoroughly. I feel confident having her complete my procedure.

I would not recommend her. She was curt, dismissive, non compassionate, and did not explain things well. I  will be finding another gastro.

Consultation for colonoscopy

The wait was minimal. She was pleasant, attentive and put me at ease right away.

It has taken me quite a while to get back to my doctors Dr Clermont is not the doctor I’ve had fir years there at AGA but I’m very happy they were able to fit me in her schedule she made it easy to discuss the problems I am having and I’m happy to say we are headed towards a solution. I felt very comfortable and safe there with all the changes in this world today that is very important Thank you Sherri K.
