Disappointing level of care and poor bedside manner.

She may be knowledgeable and order tests, but that’s never earned a doctor praise for doing their job in my book. I scheduled a pap then was told “it’s up to date already” so idk what she did or is charging me for now, or why I wasn’t told that when I scheduled it?? She was so rushed and talked so fast I didn’t have a chance to ask 2 of the 4 questions I came in with. Wanted conception general advice and didn’t get to that as she stated no less than 3 times in our short time together that “you need to lose more weight and be on a prenatal for at least 3 months before trying. BUT I DONT WANT TO TELL YOU WHAT TO DO” then a quick “they have your lab work at the desk, take care be safe” on the way out to door along with my chance to ask anything else. And she books over one year out? How am I supposed to get help if I were to become pregnant? Ridiculously rushed and should have been told about the appointment basically not being needed before I arrived. She seems way over booked. 2/10

Dr. Cooper was the perfect fit at the perfect time. She always makes sure to talk to me and inform me. She hears my questions and listens to my concerns. I love that she balances her practice with homeopathic options and she has always made me comfortable and safe. Thank you Dr. Cooper, you truly made a difference when I was going through a rather scary health situation!!I am extremely grateful to have found you. I will be sticking with Dr. Cooper through and through.

I was referred to Dr. Cooper from a friend that knew I had been having a time with previous “doctors”. I made an appt for my regular routine yearly and throughout her ?’s and me telling her my concerns, after 4 yrs, and 4 doctors blowing me off, I got more info, concern, care, and continued help in 2 appts than I got in 4 yrs. She is very caring, concerned and gave me all the time I needed to be guided to hopefully in a few months, maybe I can start feeling “normal “. I was VERY impressed !!!

I saw Dr. Cooper Feb. 29. She conducted an interview that my GP has done annually for 9 years with me. Being a senior, my Medicare did not cover this "interview" to the tune of $120. And dear seniors, it does not get applied to my deductible. This a lot of money for me. Very upset with myself that I let this happen. So all Medicare ladies , steer clear! Also,I told her I always have blood in my urine and they still called me to tell me that I had blood in my urine. Pay attention, Doctor

Dr. Cooper is caring and compassionate. She is very through. She goes the extra mile by adding blood tests to determine what is going on and even balances her practice with sound homeopathic recommendations. I recommend her to all of my friends - she is the best OBG I have ever gone to. I feel lucky I found her.
