Complete lack of medical ethics
This woman abandoned my daughter because she could not successfully find a therapist she could connect with and refused to prescribe any meds until she started therapy and refused to see her when she was in crisis. How do you leave a patient to fend for themselves when they threatened to hurt themselves??????

Not sure where these other reviews are coming from because I have had such a great experience with Dr. Curro. Her staff is also very helpful and informative. She spends more time with me then any other doctor and makes sure to thoroughly explain everything to me. Shes the best!

If you enjoy being both neglected, and abandoned, then left with no access to their records, as well as being medicated without any monitoring: You found it! My ordeal has left me despondent, fearful, and painfully aware of uncontainable breaches of an Oath taken by physicians, with emphasis on “TO DO NO HARM.” This is especially disturbing in the light of dealing with a vulnerable population, who may not be able to advocate on their own behalf. This pattern left unchecked, could lead to obvious, and possibly catastrophic consequences for psychiatric patients, and their loved ones. I am trying, but with each day I find myself less able to even reach for help. I have absolutely nothing personal against this Dr. (I feel obligated though, as I truly wouldn’t wish my current situation on my worst enemy; hence this review).

After seeing Dr. Curro for a number of years, maybe three, she stopped returning phone calls and texts, leaving me to search out other avenues to get my psych meds prescribed. Now, some seven months after my latest attempt at contact, and although I have found an alternate prescriber. Maybe she no longer practices., Maybe she's ill, or dead. I have no way of knowing. I will never again trust another therapist. I joke about she abandoned me when I went to see her with, among other things, abandonment issues. But it's not funny. She's damaged me, and should not be allowed to treat patients.
