The outpatient practice is a conducive and most comprehensive practice I have seen. They have such great staffs. The team is amazing, which is led by Dr Dee and group of practitioners, who are dedicated, honest and knowledgeable.

Dr. Dees is a knowledgable and attentive provider who takes the time to listen to patient needs. She works with the patient to provide custom, tailored care to each client.

Very understanding & shows genuine care!

Mental health is so important and when you already feel terrible, having the fate of your psychological wellbeing in the hands of a psychiatrist who couldn't care less about you is absolutely soul crushing. I rarely feel moved to write a review but If I can help save one person the time, energy, and stress of finding a mental health provider who legitimately provides quality care, I will be happy. I saw Dr Dee's last week and it was the first time in over three years that I left a psych appointment feeling understood, cared for, and confident I was in good hands. I truly can't say enough good things. Anyone who has voiced a contradictory experience on here, I truly have a hard time believing. I observed the exact opposite of virtually any critiques posted on here during my evaluation. Within the first few minutes of meeting I immediately felt more at ease. Dr Dee's is truly incredible and genuinely wants what is best for her patients. The idea that she is flashy, showy, or looking to sell you additional services that arent necessary is a joke. The thing she most excitedly made a point to highlight was the Halloween decor that was recently put up in the lobby :) The equipment in her office is state of the art but she couldn't have been more humble or easy to be around. Same goes for the staff. She also went out of her way to help connect me with a pharmacy where i am able to get my new antidepressant for a fraction of the price it would normally cost. She couldn't have been kinder and did a fantastic job pulling the most relevant information from the detailed recount I gave her about my past history. I didn't feel rushed and felt like my concerns were being heard. Prior to this, I was being seen at a practice where I had been put on an antipsychotic despite never having a mood disorder. It gave me horrible side effects and it was painfully obvious the person I was seeing cared very little about helping me find a solution. I had been on it for several months and felt miserable. Dr Dee's put me on an antidepressant that is similar to a medication i previously had a good response with and I am truly amazed she was able to find something that works for me. I start TMS treatment this week at her office and feel like i am on the right path with my mental wellness for the first time in a long time. I couldn't be more grateful.

Highly recommend! Dr. Dees is up to date with treatment recommendations. I felt she understood my problem at its root and helped me to get on a road of wellness.

This office may be good for general spa services (I can't speak to that aspect), but if you're looking for a psychiatrist, look elsewhere. Dr. Dees's approach threw me on the strongest dose of medication possible from the get-go, which in the end caused a lot of issues and for me. In coordinating follow-up appointments, Dr. Dees rescheduled on me several times. I expressed how frustrating this was and her response was "If you don't like it go somewhere else". Dr. Dees seems more focused on selling fancy orchids and skincare products than she is on the health of her patients.

Dr. Dees is a geat doctor. SHe spends time and is thorough. Highly recommend

Just cancled on my apppintment???? Who does that? You have patients to see, not cancel who you can choose to cancel you. People rely on your services and expertise. By canceling it shows unprofessionalism and the fact they gave me another np, who never even followed up with me either. Horrible. Found someone else

She is a horrible, unprofessional DR. Takes personal calls and will not look into past medical history. She will treat you like a lab rat at best. Look elsewhere

I am so impressed by Dr. Dees and what Luxury Psychiatry and Medical Spa offers to it’s customers. It is a beautiful office paired with the latest technology- I love both the oxygeneo facial and skin pen, they have improved my skin significantly with no down-time. Dr. Dees was excellent. She really took the time to diagnose me properly after being misdiagnosed by my past psychiatrist for years. My medications were then corrected which made me feel incredibly better. She referred me to Amber which is the therapist and she has been nothing but amazing. Highly recommend

I'm a fairly new patient, and so far my visits have been wonderful. The staff has been very courteous, and they have been very flexible with scheduling. I appreciate Dr. Dees, and instead of just changing or increasing meds, she suggested TMS. This therapy has been amazing, and noticed changes soon after a few treatments.

My experience with Dr. Dees was not ideal. It took her over a month to coordinate with my insurance about getting my meds to me. The issue was also entirely on her end because she continuously failed to respond to requests from my insurance to get my meds. She is also really hard to get a hold of. I could only contact her 4 hours out of the week, and when I asked how to contact her outside of those hours I was told that there were no other hours of contact. Overall it was a really bad experience and it caused me a lot of anxiety around going to the doctor.
