Dr. Michelle Ertel, MD

Upon my first visit with Dr. Estelle, I felt like just a number. There was a coldness about her that created an instant issue trust wise for both myself and my husband. Procedures were schedules before tests had been run, causing them to be cancelled and hope that was given to be shattered. I was never even shown my scans before procedures were scheduled. My actual diagnosis (after switching to a completely different facility) makes it look as though my results were never even properly read. The way I am being treated at the new facility is unlike anything that I received from Dr. Ertel. I wouldn't let anyone with that bedside manner treat my dog, much less myself. Everything happens for a reason and I am receiving the care that everyone deserves now The nurse who does the chemo teaching is amazing and compassionate. The moment she found out that we had never even seen my scans, she herself didn't want to go any further. She has a calm about her that makes you feel at ease.

My initial visit with Dr. Ertel was so comfortable and insuring. She spoke and listened to my concerns and explained everything to me. She was very caring and compassionate to my concerns. I have had several procedures and a surgery with her and every time she made sure I knew I was her main concern. I am very confident in her care for me. She goes above and beyond to look out for her patients well being. She was always punctual with responses to my chart messages. Very professional and caring. Highly recommended
