Dr. Francis is amazing
I have been seeing her for 15 years since I was pregnant and wouldn’t want to see anyone else. She is warm and smart and gives excellent advice and options. She is also no-nonsense and does not mince words. When a health issue is urgent or serious she will tell you directly. She responds quickly online and is respectful and funny and personable. Recommend her 100%

Long time patient! She’s amazing
She is very professional and listens to all your concerns and answers your questions. I have been a patient of hers for over 13 years! I follow her wherever she goes. Great beside manners!

I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Francis. She's friendly, she listens, and she provides a lot of helpful information. I also felt like she treated me with respect, which unfortunately I have not always felt with OBGYNs. She called very promptly to explain the results of my tests, which was great because I was worried. When I sent a follow-up question via the Mount Sinai message portal, she responded very quickly. She's a wonderful doctor! Very nice staff, too.

Dr. Francis is amazing. She is caring, compassionate and will go above and beyond for her patients. Sure, waits times are long, but that is only because she actually spends time talking with each of her patients. I found her staff to be welcoming and friendly as well.

While Dr. Francis herself is perfectly nice when you see her in the exam room, her office staff is a complete nightmare. Quite honestly, even when I raised these issues with Dr. Francis after the constant struggles I have had to have prescriptions filled on time and the battle I have with her office staff, she was rude and dismissive. I would stay FAR AWAY.
