Exceptional experience.
Dr. Inserra is compassionate and smart and helped diagnose and treat my daughter's extremely complex and rate health conditions. I trust her. My daughter felt so much less marginalized than with any of the 20 or so other specialists also seen. She was accessible, and made a big difference.

Dr. Inserra is a great, great Doctor - knowledgeable, compassionate and just a nice person with outstanding manners. She really cares and does not rush through the appointment. I received meaningful and practical answers to all of my questions. Clinic staff is great as well - easy to schedule, sign-in and process overall. I'm surprised there are not many reviews - I highly recommend Dr. Inserra as a hearing doctor and I wish all doctors I saw were like her.

Dr. Inserra is fabulous. I have been struggling for over a year with migraines and other symptoms. I have seen many doctors but got directed into the wrong direction until I met Inserra! Inserra took the time to do many different tests on me, and guided me into a life changing direction. She was patient, really caring and knowledgeable. During Covid especially, she helped keep things safe! Highly recommend her!

Dr. Inserra is an outstanding physician and practician. She shows a genuine interest in her patients and has a superb interactive personality. She is honest. forthright, practical, and pleasant. Her skills are evident in the complete and thorough manner in which she conducts her examinations and treatment. The office staff could not be more pleasant or accommodating. This is one doctor who is a rising star and I am fortunate to have been in her care.

I want to thank Dr Inserra from bottom of my heart for doing a perfect BAHA implant head surgery for me. Quick recovery, absolutely no discomfort, I stopped pain killer next day of surgery. After 20 days of surgery, I don't even feel like I ever had a surgery. Surgury results were excellent, BAHA hearing aid got perfect attachment at a perfect spot on my head. If I see post surgery pics on internet and read experiences, I feel I had the best surgery. She is the best ENT surgeon/doctor.
