Dr. Michelle Jao-Velasquez, MD

My mother is a patient of Dr. Valeasquez. She was sick with COVID and had a virtual appointment. Dr. V refused to give her any medications for her illness or severe nausea. My aunt got sick at the same time and was prescribed a z-pack and steroid. She's doing so much better and started a steady improvement after 24 hrs. My mom called back back a few days later and asked for the same thing and the doc said she would "think about it" and call her back. She didn't call back until the next day. My mom was sick in the bathroom and called right back. The office told her that she is not going to prescribe anything. Its been 14 days of diarrhea, nausea, and fever! She has lost 10 pounds is now & is very sick!! We were able to get her the proper medications she needs from a different doc and she is already steadily improving. Is Dr. V angry because my mom didn't vaccinate? She was told by her specialist not to. The meds/doctor care were all she needed! Dr. V's lack of compassion was disgusting

Dr. Velasquez is very friendly and easy to talk too.
