Inappropriate Billing
I was a new patient of Dr. Levy's. She was very nice and helpful, which is why I'm sorry to leave a bad review for how her office treated billing post-consultation. In the middle of our appointment, she offered extraction services WITHOUT mentioning it was an additional cost. The bill was for $350. After disputing multiple times and proactively reaching out to the office, they refused to let me speak directly to the Dr. about resolving it. As a new patient, it felt inappropriate and I felt taken advantage of. Unfortunate because it was otherwise a good experience.

Not impressed
After waiting 45 minutes, undressed & in a gown, Dr Levy finally walked in for my regular skin check. She proceeded to cut many spots out of my body to biopsy (more than I've ever had before) and all came back benign. The visit was brief and I felt like she had zero personality or interest in my questions and well being. I would NEVER return to this doctor.
