I wouldn't recommend the Doctor to my dog. The way I was treated as a new patience was horrible. While I was in the office around 2:38pm in line waiting to get checked in, her staff was in the back cancelling my 2:30pm appointment without notice. After asking the receptionist several times if I could speak to someone so they could explain why my appointment was cancel when was in line for check in at the correct time, they made me wait an additional 30 minutes before a staff member came out. So, after making an appointment 4 weeks ago, driving 45 minutes to get there I was told the Doctor said she would not see me. The Doctor's assistant also lied and said she spoke with me on the phone. TRUST this was a lie, the time she told the receptionist she spoke with me on the phone, I was in line @ 2:38pm waiting to get checked in. The Doctor's assistant never spoke with me, the Doctor never apologized or attempted to hear my concerns. My 1st and only experience was horrible

Dr Lipman made me feel very comfortable & listened to my concerns. She appears very knowledgeable & I feel like I’m in good hands.

Absolutely horrible. Waited in the waiting room for over an hour. She had horrible bed side manner and when you see her she looks like she just rolled out of bed. I got referred to her but I will be going back to my old gastro. Any doctor would be better than choosing her.
