Had Mohs surgery with Dr. Pennie and Eliza about 2 months ago and I can barely see my scar. These women know what they are doing. The nurse Judy was very professional and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I would recommend Bliss Dermatology to anyone.

I thought my 13 year old daughter was having a biopsy of a mole, which I’ve always known to be a scraping or maybe a piece punched out. Dr. Pennie filleted my daughters collarbone open and removed the mole and about a half in inch from either side of it, leaving her with 12 stitches and a horrific caterpillar looking scar on her collarbone. Every time I see it, it makes me mad all over again! I know it was not necessary to go that extreme, I’ve asked other dermatologists and they concur. She just makes more $$ the more she cuts! Do not use her, she’s terrible!!!

clinic would not return my calls. I had trouble filling a prescription for a precancerous skin lesions. I never was able to see the doctor over a year and a half, only the physician's assistant

I can say I would not recommend Dr. Pennie, because I have been trying for a month to schedule an appointment and I do not get a call back. I am not happy with their office ethics, when they can't take the time to return calls.

Dr. Pennie has an impressive education and extensive training in Dermatology, so I chose her for my annual skin exam. Due to multiple moves, I have seen several different dermatologists over the years. Dr. Pennie is the first doctor to perform a truly thorough review of my skin and actually address my concerns. For over 10 years, I have been bothered by tiny bumps around my dark circles. Most dermatologists dismiss my concern as "not a big deal" but Dr. Pennie took the time to help me.

We have since moved on and found another local dermatologist who exceeds our expectations and inspires our confidence with her commitment to professional and competent care.

Dr Pennie is very knowledgeable and cares for her patients. When you enter the practice you can tell that the staff works together as a team.

My husband went in with some concerns and also to get his moles looked over. Dr. Pennie took less than 5min with my husband. Knowing how thorough the doctor should be when checking moles on the body, we feel she didn't do a proper job and dismissed concerns. He has a followup appointment to get a cyst removed, if our experience changes I will update.
