She is great!!!
I have been a longtime patient of the Practice. She has always been professional and upbeat. She has always answered. My questions and has never made me feel intimidated. She is gentle and kind. Has a pleasant bedside manner and a great sense of humor.

Dr. Michelle Y. Roberts-Borden is an amazing doctor! She’s one of the very few doctors that I like. I trust her with my health and I’m very comfortable with her during all of my visits. She takes time to explain my condition and provides solutions. Most importantly, she allows me to ask any questions, which she answers very thoroughly. The world needs more doctors like her! I recommend her to anyone that is seeking an amazing, trustworthy, caring, and thorough doctor.

Dr. Roberts was incredibly disrespectful and belittling. She was making jokes with the nurses during a physical exam, laughed at me for bringing questions to a pre-op appointment, and in response to post-op questions said "You wouldn't understand the process, don't worry about it.". Absolutely appalled by her treatment of her patients. She even tried to get the nurses to laugh at me for having pre-op questions! Handed me a pamphlet and said "here you go if you have any more BURNING questions *laughter*"

Dr. Roberts-Borden has excellent bedside manners, listens patiently and explains thoroughly. My experience with the entire staff was an overall pleasant one. This was my first visit with Dr. Roberts-Borden as I am new to the area. She will continue to be my OBGYN as she has left quite a lasting impression on me and I recommend her and her staff highly.

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Roberts-Borden or this practice to anyone. I had several negative experiences with Dr. Roberts-Borden, and eventually changed doctors as I did not feel confident putting my health or the health of my baby in her care. My experience included a complete lack of bedside manner, an unwillingness to answer my questions thoroughly, taking 6 weeks to review my chart from an ER visit, not being able to schedule appointments, general unprofessionalism, the list goes on and on.
