I have no doubt Dr. Roughton is skilled and compassionate. Her office staff at Amelia Aesthetic are not. They are hostile and officious. They know very little about the medical conditions or past procedures that some have experienced before contacting her practice. Dr. Roughton and potential patients deserve better.

There was nothing fun about cancer but meeting Dr. Roughton changed everything. Brilliant Dr with great personality who gave me back the confidence to be a woman.

I would highly recommend Dr. Roughton and her staff, this includes not only her office staff but also her surgical staff. All were very professional, answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable during office visits and the day of surgery.

Great surgeon who goes the extra mile for her patients. Works hard to make the surgery the most successful. Explains everything from the beginning and helped me through reconstructive breast cancer surgery in an encouraging, dignified way.
