Dr. Michelle Santoyo is an outstanding physician! I recommend her so highly I sent my mother to see her as well. Dr. Santoyo took care of me throughout my high-risk pregnancy. She is very warm, compassionate and caring doctor. Very knowledgeable and skillful. She was always open to questions and kept me well informed about how I’d be monitored during my pregnancy and delivery and what my options were. I always felt so reassured she was looking out for me and my son. She is amazing. I couldn’t have asked for better.

My concerns were dismissed rather quickly regarding constant headaches and lower extremity swelling. I was repeatedly told that I was fine and that I should be happy to deliver during the summer so I "wouldn't have to buy new shoes and could wear flip flops" to compensate for the swelling. Long story short, I ended up being diagnosed with preeclampsia a week after our last visit and ended up delivering with an emergency C-sections 6 weeks early...with 40 pounds of fluid to lose. Looking back I cant believe the signs were ignored.

I have been a patient of Dr. Santoyo for 8 years. She is not only an outstanding doctor, but a wonderful person as well. Her care and the ability to explain in detail is truly comforting. I recommended my two daughter-in-laws to her and she delivered two of my grandchildren of which I am truly thankful. She is one of a kind and is so highly recommended.

Dr Santoyo is by far one of the best Doctors that I have seen. I had a procedure done about a year and a half ago and she was so patient and caring. She even visited me in the hospital to make sure that all was well. I never feel rushed and all my questions are always answered. I would highly recommend Dr Santoyo.

Dr Santoyo was the doc on call in the practice during the latter part of my labor. She was patient, supportive, and kind as I tried for a VBAC. I never once felt rushed by her. She gave me a healthy child and a wonderful childbirth experience. As a GYN, she's just as great. It's a very busy practice so I understand that she may sometimes be rushed and seem a little abrupt. She's the best though. I'm so happy i found her!

I've been seeing Dr Santoyo for about two years. She has always taken the time to explain thorough the problems I've had and the pros and cons of any options I may have had. Together we come to the best course of treatment. Aside from her medical expertise, she is always professional, compassionate, and takes the time to answer any of my questions. This practice is great, she is great.

I have been seeing this Dr for two years. I would not recommend her. She gave a lacksidasical approach to my symptoms and never even suggested the right course of treatment. The PA was the one to suggest the correct course of treatment for my issues. When the DR finally told me the results of the procedure, she said it was apparent the findings were there for years!!! If I had not seen the PA I would never have discovered my ailments!

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Santoyo?
I thought Dr. Santoyo was great when I first started seeing her a few years ago. She was competent, easy to talk to and was relatively generous about her time/making sure she discussed any concerns and talked through any questions. My last few experiences with her were very disappointing. She was extremely rushed and impatient, bordering on irritated by my questioning a serious medical concern I've been experiencing. She also seems to have lost her human element.

She was extremely curt, very impatient and the entire time I spent in her office felt like I was being rushed. If you don't really have any questions or you don't care to be proberly educated on a given health situation then this may be the doctor for you! Very unsatisfied with the visit I had to wait over a month for.

I met Dr. Santoyo today for the first time. Her bubbly personality won me over immediately. She explained the gynecological visit to me every step of the way before she did anything and I felt comfortable talking to her about anything. She's a sweetheart and I am so happy I found a doctor I can trust!
