Dr. Michelle Zhong, MD

Wow! Just WOW! Called her office today to possibly have her take over the supervision of my pain. Yah turned out she is a pain in the butt. Absolutely the most rude and arrogant. Let her know I was State Medical, she freaked out and proceeded to inform me she doesnt take State Insurance. She did this by letting me know 99% of Medicaid are addicts! Oh wrong approach lady! I let her know exactly where that went! Run and run fast! Had to pick one star and I wish I could leave negative star.

I recently started seeing Dr. Zhong and pleasantly surprised based on her reviews. On my first visit she spent nearly 2 hours talking to me and examining me. I have a recent knee injury, back, neck, and shoulder issues for many years. It's nice to see someone who seems to really care I haven't felt that way sense Dr. Bartlett, my doctor sense I was 11. Her office is really hard to get ahold of but I'll let her know that at my next visit and I'm sure we can sort it out.

I have been seeing Dr Zhong for 8 months now. I was referred to her after complications from thoracic surgery and having 3 chest tubes in me for 13 days. I feel very fortunate to have been referred to her, she is very caring and thorough. In addition to her managing my medications, she always spends time discussing nutrition and exercise and their importance in the healing process.

Difficult to get a hold of, always get the answering machine. Terrible about returning calls. Office is dirty. Waited an hour in the reception and only one other patient. Dr Zhong does not listen, And is very rude. The physical exam was a joke, like she was just going through the motions. The entire interview of the exam seem to center around trying to see if I am an addict, not about evaluating my pain. just a pill pusher. What practice charges surcharges for credit or debit and prefers cash?

I was a patient of Dr Zhoung for awhile but the front desk is terrible in returning calls and answering the phones. Wait times are too long as well I wouldn't recommend anyone there until they get there staff together.
