He is ok. His nurse could not even give me a blood test without answering her cellphone. She answered the call on her watch but I consider that very unprofessional. She really did not know how to administer a blood test. I left without getting one. I will not be going back.

Great Staff
I went there for my first appointment at 9:00am, Jalisa at the front desk was very nice and polite. I had forgotten one of my documents at home & was very frantic about it. But she reassured to me that it was okay and that I can just email it to her. When it came down to draw my blood she was very gentle & efficient. The doctor there was great he was very well spoken & knew how to access my problems sufficiently. Overall my experience was amazing. I also commend Jalisa because there were a lot of patients there and she was the only one doing both front desk & medical. She moved quick and yet made no mistakes. Definitely would come back.

What a disgrace. I was running 5 minutes late for my appointment and I called the office 4 times and no answer. I arrive at the office, give the receptionist my name and she tells me to take a seat. I also ask her what is wrong with the phones and her only response is, "I'm alone today", yet she sits in silence the whole time I was in the office. A DOCTORS OFFICE SHOULD ALWAYS ANSWER THE PHONE. THERE IS NO EXCUSE. I wait for about 35 minutes, she calls me in to take blood and urine. I tell her I would rather not have blood drawn because it is a very hot day and I do not do well with needles. She proceeded to toss my urine and tells me there's no point to taking urine now and to have another seat. I wait another 30 minutes, she lets 2 other people go in front of me. I tell her I have to leave by 2 30 and she assures me I will be seen soon. I was not seen and I had to leave after wasting a whole hour of my day being treated like garbage. I didn't get her name, but I went in on Wednesday

Unprofessional.I did make an appointment for one morning, I ring the bell but nobody was at the office to answer the door. I waited for 15 minutes, called and left a message, and nobody called me back. Then I made another appointment with urgency for the next day afternoon. The doctor wasn't there neither. The secretary told me that the doctor was working at another office and will be there later, I asked why he don't show up and she answered: "if you don't like our system you can leave" Rude!

Horrible, unprofessional, still questioning how he got his doctor degree. I went to the doctor for vaccinations and over the phone it was explicitly stated that the vaccinations would cost $350. I needed my medical forms to be filled out and the doctor was just unprofessional and rude. Making obscure comments in an environment that involves my health. When I went to pay for my procedure, all of a sudden they tell me the price is $750 when over the phone it was supposedly $350.

NO. Just no. Like being in a third-world country. Once I waited once for over an hour -- the doctor wasn't EVEN IN THE BUILDING the first 45 minutes, although no one advised us of that. The next time I waited an hour and 20 minutes, while he talked to two pharmacy reps. He recommended we do a blood test, but oops they ran out of needles. Between that and the smoke alarm chirping ever 30 seconds FOR OVER TWO MONTHS... no. Just NO. Go to a real doctor's office that is efficient and professional.
