Dr. Mihaela Hangan, MD

One of the best doctors I ever had to go to....by any means.Professional, caring, polite, knowledgeable, courtesy.....

Completely rude. Bathroom is not handicap accessible for my stroke client I care for. Only two people allowed in doctor office but I had to bring her in the room and she tells me where to put her and then goes ok you need to leave and I’m like I can’t unless I move her because I was backed into a wall. She tells me several times I cannot be in there and when we took awhile in the bathroom (again NOT handicap accessible) she’s like uh we are waiting for YOU. Excuse me?! Idk how my client deals with her but her attitude is awful and she’s extremely rude. She had NO idea why I was there even though I’m the aide. Treated me like I was garbage.

My left leg was paralyzed in an automobile accident several years ago. Because of that I've had several Nerve Conduction Studies (EMG) from a number of Neurologists. NEVER have I had one done as competently as that done by this doctor. I was traumatized by those other doctors as they were ham fisted quacks. Dr Hangan's approach is gentle and virtually pain free. If I ever have an EMG done again I know who's doing it! She was incredibly Informative and Considerate. Simply The Best!!

She treated my special needs brother who has epilepsy at LVH, in the ER she seemed knowlegable even changed all his meds around, When we were discharged my brother was still having seziures and his legs would give out, we called Dr Hangan to see what to do she did not return our calls until 3 days later and told us to take him to our original doctor. In an emotional time she left my mother crying not knowing what to do for her son. WORST EVER! Dr. prefers not to deal w/ special needs adults

I have been a patient of Dr. Hangan for 2 or 3 years. I have been an RN for 64 years and am currently 84. Dr. Hangan is an amazing physician. The best I have ever had any experience with in all my years. She is holistic in her approach to problems that I presented. She dealt with the existing problem as well as any impact that problem had on other parts of my body. She is kind, compassionate and above all else...She listens and responds. I am going to miss her!

No compassion. My mom had a stroke and the Dr treated her like she was dead already.cold

My husband's doctor..until today. She refuses to see him because our insurance coverage ended. Nice dedication and concern for a patient, NOT!

Dr Hangan is very thorough! 1st doctor to actually Helped me with my back problems in many years. Did more for me than my family doctor.

One of the best neurology specialist I ever visit. Dr. Hangan still carries the old fashion type on practice in which the main purpose it's to help/heal her pacients...and NOT just to make money. Very helpfull in expleining the condition of my health issues and the treatment prescribed. I will recomand Dr. Hangan to anybody need a neurology specialist...a doctor who cares for her pacients at the highest level. Thank you, Dr. Hangan.
