Referred to Dr. Rosca and put on medication for PAD. Had awful pounding of my Heart which I also felt in my face and hands. Called the doctor and told on vacation. No Doctor covering for him. Left message as to what was happening and took myself off the medication. Called him again when he came back from vacation and told he had my message. For 2 days I waited for his call. Finally called me about 2 wks later, left message on my machine. Had no intention of going back to him.

I was referred to Dr. Rosca by my doctor. A suspicious mass was found in my blood vessel which could not be definitively diagnosed. Dr. Rosca played a major role in finally, after 2-1/2 painful years, getting to the root of my problem. Unfortunately, it was diagnosed as a rare cancer. I cannot thank Dr. Rosca enough for not only his skill but his compassion throughout the process. He and his staff arranged tests and organized a" team" of surgeons to ensure my full recovery. Thank you!!

A year ago, my husband was rushed to North Shore Manhasset Hospital after his femoral artery was severed while the orthopaedic doctor was beginning a hip replacement operation. After finishing up a surgery in a nearby hospital, late at night, Dr. Rosca arrived at Manhasset and saved my husband's life and his leg which had been dead for almost six hours. He is professional, courteous and a very caring man towards his patients and their families.

He is an excellent and diligent surgeon. He is extremely knowledgable and explained all aspects of my condition and the possible courses of action with risks. I was in the hospital for several weeks and he would check in at all different hours prompting me to ask if he ever went home! He is a good Doctor and cares about his patients.
